Book Description
Recorded history is a finely-woven magic fabric of intricate lies about events predating the sixteenth century. There is not a single piece of evidence that can be reliably and independently traced back earlier than the eleventh century. This book details events that are substantiated by hard facts and logic, and validated by new astronomical research and statistical analysis of ancient sources.

Calculations are only as good as your numbers.......2007-08-03
Yes, we can all agree that mainstream history is nearly 100% BS due to politics, economics, ego, problems with dating techniques, and various conspiracies. Agreed. But, I've been researching the distinct possibility that human history (in terms of civilizations) are much more ancient than we've been told, so coming across this book was very interesting to me. I wondered how Fomenko could be wrong (if at all) because he is very persuasive in his presentations. Then it dawned on me. If at previous times in prehistory, due to the various catastrophies that are well documented (comets, asteroids, planetary disruptions, plasma discharge, pole reversals, etc) the Earth was in a different position in relation to the sun, different tilt on its axis, different orbit, different rotation (in terms of velocity and DIRECTION), and the continents were in different positions, then would this not cause the ancients to see the sky (constellations) differently? In other words, is Fomenko making erronious assumptions about the physics of the Earth in pre-history, which then corrupt his data with regards to dating the relevant astrology? The last event to seriously disrupt our planet occured roughly 3500 years ago, according to other good researchers, so is it possible Fomenko has been confused by this? The vastly different physics of our planet in the not so distant past may explain this confusion, which is not to say the "mainstream" version of history is correct; on the contrary. I am not an expert in these fields, but wanted to see if this idea could spark discussion.
Pants on fire?.......2007-07-19
Will people ever read before spamming? Yes, Jesuits could not rewrite world history alone, they had help. Anyway, Dr Prof Acad A.Fomenko does not point to jesuits as the driving force of world wide history manipulation in published volumes 1,2,3;, actually he barely mentions the poor devils. Check it with 'Search inside' feature, please. China is rarely mentioned either, in fact, Dr Fomenko is completely eurocentric. Right, his theory contradicts all mainstream schools of history, because in their actual state they are all built on blatantly erroneus chronology. You don't need a mysterious cabal (conspiracy) to falsify history, the falsification is its modus operandi. It is inherent to history(ians) to falsify (distort) events, as it is inherent to humans to boast as it is inherent to power (authority) to legimize itself by referrring to glorious past made to its own order. Dr Prof Fomenko and team have identified scores of instances of such manipulation in Russian, European, etc.. history, and delivered valid statistical proof thereof. His own 'reconstruction' is completely another story. Forget c14 as a valid method of dating. W.Libby has initially discovered a brilliant method of INDEPENDENT dating. Too bad, c14 method has become a joke after a forced marrige with dendrochronology with consensual chronological scale inbuilt. Radiocarbon method can't stand blind tests, but is so very productive as a rubberstamp.
Accepted History & Chronology Must Be Changed. .......2007-04-09
There is no doubt that history as most know it is a sham, & institution's version of History both University & Church is fradulent & inaccurate. Everything was established with an agenda, The real "Dark Ages" are now when we have access to incredible amounts of information past authorities & more important 'common folk' didn't have but our institutions & educators are slow to evolve because of what has ignorantly & arrogantly been taught for too long. This is on many subjects not just Chronology.
For anyone to question "Why would a Mathematician have anything credible to say of History?" The answer is from Dr. Fomenko's preface in the book: "It would be worthwhile to remind the reader that in the XVI-XVII century Chronology was considered to be a subdivision of Mathematics." These volumes could possibly be some of the most important works to date & should be read by everyone with an interest in History, especially professors & educators who have a duty to the public. I have read both books & must say that 'Chronology 1' has some very eye opening & revolutionary information. Even if these volumes are part true the implications are profound & opens the doors to further investigations & questions which must be done. I speak several different lanquages & must say the logic Dr. Fomenko uses with "inflection" of words & words being read from left to right in one region & right to left in another then written backwards, the removal of vowels & get down to basics of words, or different cities & locations having the same name etc. is correct. Vowel usage has always been optional & varied, actually complicating linquistics & study. The first thing one has to understand is that words never had a fixed spelling in history like we do now, the spelling of words was mutable & regional, as well as names & titles of people were vast, varied & changed, NOTHING WAS FIXED or understood linear. Matters of Life & Death as well as financial profiteering yesterday & today were & are made with ignorant, illogical & conspiratorial views of history & reality, it's time people get closer to the Truth & society collectively grow up.
Very Interesting.......2007-03-07
It is a good proposal and I believe it will mature into something even better in the future. I think it deserves to be read.
History as Science Fiction.......2007-01-10
Anatoly Fomenko has written a very intriguing book, full of pictures, charts, and computer 'proof' of his thesis: backwards of AD900 we don't really know what happened or when. Between AD900 and AD1600 there is more certainty, but there is still a lot of fuzzy ground, and things don't get reliable until we get past the 1600's where the printing press made it very difficult for the perpetrators of this timeline manipulation to change anything that had been committed to print. The Dark Ages did not happen. Books were burned for a reason. One organization has doubled the actual length of its existence by expanding the real chronology. Read why.
I had always wondered why Christ died about AD33 and yet men waited until the 11th century to form the Knights Templar, the Cathars, etc and go after the Holy Land by force. Why the 1000 year gap? Turns out there wasn't more than a 10-12 year gap and he proves it using astronomy. This also implies that the planet is not as old as we have been told, and current Christian and other creationist scientists are already championing that idea without being aware of Fomenko's book. The two groups, creationist scientists and the Russian mathematical analysts corroborate each other. Fascinating.
Of course, all this flies in the face of what we have been told traditionally is the 'proper' chronology of western civilization, and most readers will experience 'cognitive dissonance' in reading this book. It means that our history going backwards from AD1600 becomes progressively more incorrect and unreliable until it cannot be trusted at all... in the space of 700-800 years.
Naturally, the curious, open-minded reader will want to know WHO did this, WHY, and did any of the events we think of as really ancient ever happen?
Dr. Fomenko is a respected scientist/mathematician at Moscow State University who has already answered these questions to the satisfaction of his initially skeptical colleagues. Most of them are now believers, a few still refuse to believe (the usual diehards), and of course the western press has ignored Fomenko's work -- for obvious reasons when you read the book. The ones who perpetrated this chronology ruse have a lot to answer for. They are still with us. That's why this book is a well-kept secret.
I gave the book a 4-star rating because I was unable to check out some of his claims; those I checked were as he said. But if even 1/3 of his claims are true, this punches a big hole in what we think is our history, the meaning of western civilization, our educational process (for repeating the ruse as gospel), and the trustworthiness of the organization that perpetrated this ruse, well-intentioned or not.
This book relates to current research into a Young Earth paradigm, to John Keel's discoveries about our planet, and Fr Malachi Martin's insights (in his now out-of-print books). We are indeed sheep who are manipulated and kept ignorant -- for a reason. While knowing what these men have to say may be the "booby prize" (as in: 'what can you do with this knowledge?'), it will provide interesting reading. Didn't someone say: "...and the Truth will set you free."?? For you to judge if this book contains the truth.

But her father forces her to marry Jerval de Vernon, a noble young knight who has the misfortune to want "her" for his wife.
Customer Reviews:
Boring...disturbing...overall lackluster product by coulter.......2007-04-06
Usually I am a fan of this author, but not this time. Warrior's song just fell flat after the first four or five chapters. Inane plot, characters, dialogue, etc. Jerval is just allright and Chandra leaves much to be desired with her obstinancy. Enough is enough. Yes, the rape scene was completely unnecessary; it had nothing really to do with the overall point of the story, so why put it in there? Just for the sake of writing about rape? Disturbing. Can't believe even a few of these reviewers gushed about such vapid content. BLECH.
DON'T BE SO HARD ON COULTER.......2006-08-27
I must agree that the story lacks in Jerval's character, which he should have been a little more interesting. Jerval really could have been sexy!! Graleam is an awsome character in the fact that he is a warrior and is used to getting what he wants. I think that the rape scene was to bring Chandra down and bend to Graleam's will. Back in the 1700's I'm sure that worse things happend. I liked this story but the ones to follow it are much much better!
How sad is it when you hate the heroine?.......2005-04-19
How bad is it when you hate the lead heroine? You don't care about the hero. The author admitts to change facts about the historical events she puts in the book. The villain becomes the hero and you realize the only people you like in the story are Future King of England and his wife?
Welcome to the horrible Warrior's Song.
The heroine Chandra is suppose to come off as a warrior/lady but she comes off as a spoiled brat. Her constant whining and disreguarding anything anyone tries to tell her gets old fast. She more then once goes against any sound advice (common sense) getting herself into dangerous and stupid situations that your sadden that she lives. There's nothing heroic or likable about Chandra.
Jerval is written as coming in to save her from the villain (who by the end of the book is supposely the hero of the story despite him raping one of her ladies in the beginning of the story) Jerval isn't written well enough for you to care about him.
There's nothing herotic about rape and letting the villain become one is disgusting.
Catherine Coulter admitts at the end she nixed the part of the Crusades which I hate. If your going to write about a historical event such as the Crusades in particular a well known battles, with well know people keep it factual. Don't change it or speed it up. What's the point of the story if your change the facts?
That brings me to the two only charactors that held my interest were (oddly enough) Prince Edward (future King of England) and his Princess. Truly those were the only two keeping me going. In fact when Edward was facing death was I the only one wishing it was Chandra and she would die?
The ending makes no sense. You don't ever get the feeling of romance, love or even like between the charactors.
Don't waste your time or money on this book.
I Was Appalled by this Sickening Story.......2003-05-19
It disturbs me that this author can so casually write a rape scene; she leaves the impression that rape is no big deal. I think she is a disgustingly disturbed person. She obviously condones rape because she gave this idiot his own story!
Also, pay close attention to the mothers' in her stories. Nearly every mother in every novel is a shrew. Hmm....
I like a novel with class, not deliberate depravity. What a disgrace.
Not one of her best efforts.......2002-06-16
Since I am a coulter fan and have read a number of her books I was a little disappointed by this one. I became bored by the thick headed Chandra. I mean how many ways does he have to tell her that she needs to behave like a woman should, for the times.she isn't stupid, she appears that she is a spoiled child that will have her way no matter what or who she hurts in the process. Going to the holy land for her to really grasp what war really was, just proves how stupid and inmature she is.

Gesar Kicks Demon A**.......2000-06-08
I am not a student of Eastern philosophy, although I've always thought that I had some appreciation for Buddhist ideas. Well, Gesar is not your sanitary, American high school Buddhism. Gesar is a warrior and superman, and through meditation and divine interaction, he goes out and - excuse the expression - Kicks Some Demon A**. The demon kingdoms surround Gesar's country of Ling, and Gesar must be victorious over them, so the populous will turn towards the tenets of Buddhism and his country have security.
Gesar is an ancient tale from the Himalayan region, and its hero based on a real king. The author has done his best to abridge the major story into a form that is approachable to those of us without extensive background to Tibetan or Mongolian Buddhism, or knowledge of the extensive pantheon of Buddhist deities. However, I fear he has shortened the tale too much; some of his actions seemed like they needed more context. Doing a book search through a university library led me to another translation of the epic of Gesar - *The Superhuman life of Gesar of Ling* by Alexandra David-Neel & the lama Yongden. This version is nearly 400 pages long, compared to 150 pages. Obviously Douglas J. Penick took some liberties with the translation.
This is an exciting tale, filled with magic, demons, and adventure. It is a good, "off-the-beaten-path" story that will give you another perspective on Buddhism and an insight into the cultures of the Himalayan region.
Book Description
He Was the Son of a Cheyenne Warrior, but the Shining Image Was Growing Dim.
He was the only son of Deborah Killion and Broken Wing, and Blue Sky had been regaled with tales of the fine deeds of his dead father, a Cheyenne warrior whose noble measure would have been the same regardless of the color of his skin. But at seventeen Sky was nearly a man himself, and the stories of his father seemed just that stories, childhood fairy tales that did not stand up to the constant buffeting by the harsh realities of bigotry.
Torn between the two worlds of his heritage, Sky is locked in confusion, questioning, and bitterness. When he is befriended by a young rancher's son whose life he saved, Sky feels he has found the acceptance he's been looking for. But a horrible tragedy is followed by a cowardly act of betrayal, and he is forced to flee his home.
Searching for meaning and love, he must now face his betrayer and the lies that drove him away.
Customer Reviews:
Hard to put down!.......2003-01-22
I've had this book for several years and I'm finally getting around to reviewing it. My only complaint is that the major characters of previous books aren't present much, but that's because Sky left home after being falsely accused of killing the young woman he loved.
Although it's not likely, I would love to see another book where Billy Yates, town-bully-turned-minister, makes peace with his hostile father.
Good story ... missing details in next book?.......2000-03-03
The storyline is great! I LOVE that the reader can experience the pain and confusion Blue Sky was going through. There were some "trails" from book #2 in this series, that were neglected in this book! I hope we'll see a 4th book dealing with some of them! As someone who isn't a fan of westerns, I found this series enjoyable. It gave me a new appreciation and understanding of some foundational problems in our country and in the Reservation near my home town.

Impeccable Warrior of Light.......2005-12-28
Impeccable Warrior of Light is a vital teaching for the highly sensitive person. In this offering Peace Mother has given, she
shares her own experience of deepening spiritually while having to negotiate through the subtle perception one who is sensitive carries but has no understanding of. This book has given me the awareness of how to truely honor and care for myself. In this, one is given the secrets of victory on the spiritual path as well as a transmission of empowerment. As a student of sufism I finally understand what is needed to stay true to love. I also feel grateful to receive this teaching from a Holy Mother from the culture I grew up in as she knows what we are dealing with here emotionally. This work has my reverance and respect. Aminah
Warrior of Light.......2005-08-30
I have had nightmares since I was a child and was not aware that they may have been actual attacks. This new awareness is shifting my presence and bringing in much more self-responsibility, clarity, and truth. After reading the Warrior of Light book, about two weeks ago, I decided to cleanse my home and me. When I went to bed that night, I began experiencing bursts of golden light in different parts of my body. I would wake up during the night with these bursts, and feeling as if there was a battle of good against evil. I wasn't frightened, just surprised. The next morning I awoke uplifted and my home was filled with so much more life. When my mother looked at me later on that day, she noticed that my tooth had chipped. When I looked in the mirror, there was, honest to God, a small chip! I had really gone to battle and I was, perhaps, this warrior of the light!
So, this is all for real and it is still astonishing me. I don't know where to go from here except to continue with the offerings and sing Kali Durge Namo Nama. I still have much to learn about humility, much to discern when it comes to enlightenment, and so much to be grateful for. Many blessings to the Peace Team...may you be guided, and lifted into the highest light with lots of joy!

One of her Best.......2002-06-06
This was my introduction to Georgina Gentry's writing. I loved this book and have read every one of her books, except for the first book in her Panorama of the West Series, Cheyenne Captive (I think that's it). Only because I haven't been able to find it!! I loved Trace Durango and Cimarron Heinrich and all of the Durango family.
GREAT!.......1999-12-12
I hade the fortune of finding this book at a garage sale for about a quarter, and I have to say it was a great way to spend a dead president. This book is sizziling and a great Cinderella, western, and Indian love story. Plus both characters are Indian and not an Indian warrior kidnapping a white innocent, this book has steaming love scenes and I would definitely recommend it!

Review of warriors song.......2000-06-27
The characters in this book to me are realistic. He is a drifter with no place to go, and she is a child-woman trying to hold on to what she has. Only he has the capability to help her. They both have a fight on their hands not only with property, but emotionally as well.
Great from beginning, to end!.......2000-03-30
Hudson, who is already well-known for her passionate and emotional love stories, has truly out-done herself in "Warrior's Song." All of the charecters will forever stick out in your memory as being heroic and enchanting, but are also down-to-earth enough for us all to believe in their realism. Hudson lets the readers know just enough to keep you wanting, not to mention theorizing, 'till the very end, you can bet I was! Just plain great reading!

Demos and his mate, Nina, are on a special mission at their leader Niro's request to find a mate for Alistar who is busy trying to unite the tribes of the Larmat clan.
Alistair has never been fully accepted by most of his peers. He is considered a half-breed because his parents were from two different clans. His mother was Dascon and his father Larmat. Most children of such a union never reach maturity, they are considered an abomination and killed. Alistair was lucky enough to receive the protection of Hakan, the former leader of the Dascon clan and grew up to be a great warrior. Niro, Hakan's son, has appointed Alistar as leader to the Larmat clan. Niro hopes that Alistair's mixed heritage will ease the two clans into a peaceful joining.
Anne Jacobs is the daughter of an interracial couple on Earth. Her parents were brutally murdered on their twenty-fourth wedding anniversary. Anne has spent the past year concentrating on helping the police find her parents killers. She's even put off her fourth year of college where she's training to be a vet. All the evidence points toward a hate crime but there are no specific leads to the person or people responsible for her parents deaths.
On the anniversary of her parents' murder, Anne is kidnapped from her home by a large barbarian and his mate and taken to a far away planet called Malka where she's expected to accept a warrior called Alistair as her protector. Anne agrees to meet Alistair after being promised that she will be allowed to return to Earth in six months. She'd fully intended to ignore him but there's no denying your soul mate. She's torn between her need to return to Earth and avenge her parents' murder and staying in Malka with Alistair.
Justus Roux has enchanted me with her BARBARIANS OF MALKA series and I now anxiously await each new addition. The storylines have all been vastly different while still encompassing this planet full of barbaric men who have resorted to taking Earth women as mates in order to ensure that their people don't die out. Alistair and Anne are bold characters who will charm readers with their gentleness and honest emotional reactions to each other. A SONG FOR MY WARRIOR is a wonderful addition to this thrilling series. I'm practically salivating just imagining what Ms. Roux will come up with next. There is mention of another planet being found that's full of warrior women who should also be compatible with the males of Malka so I can hardly wait to see how these men handle women who are so similar to them.

Product Description
The Songs of the Frontier Warriors is the first English-language translation ever made of Albanian epic verse. As the product of a little-known culture and a difficult, rarely studied language, the Albanian epic has tended to remain in the shadow of the Serbo-Croatian, or more properly, Bosnian epic, with which it has undeniable affinities. This translation may thus be regarded as an initial attempt to rectify the imbalance and to give scholars and the reading public in general an opportunity to delve into the exotic world of the northern Albanian tribes. The present bilingual edition offers a broad selection of the best known songs. Also included are an introduction, a glossaries of terms and sources, and a selective bibliography.
