MAXIMIZE LIFE NOW.......2007-10-06
Bishop TD Jakes is an amazing spiritual leader, who is continually empowering the masses of the world, "Reposition Yourself" is overdue. I have purchased and submitted 12 books to family/friends, we are planning to live life without limits and reverse the devastation of Hurricane Katrina in the Big Easy (New Orleans).
What a book..........2007-10-06
What a book..an indispensable resource for any one who intends to live above the ordinary person; it brings biblical truths into practical realm without pretending.
OK! So you made some mistakes, bad choices, got hurt. So what do you do?.......2007-10-03
Many of us fall down on the road to success, while successful, in the limelight or when we're role models for others to emulate after. In T.D.JAKES book "Reposition Yourself" it challenges one to get up brush yourself off and start fresh with a positive attitude, like "hey I can do this". Reading the entire book at once won't have it's full affect on you. This is a book that's living. I opened the book and began to read, then I came across chapter 12 "Shattering Glass Slippers-Revealing More Secrets of Women's Success". It starts with the story of the beauty queen who was given a second chance. After reading this I appreciate Donald Trump for giving it to her. In life we all need a second chance. If you've fallen down along the way and ain't sure how to get up, purchase this book, it's really a keepsake item. This book is for women, men and young people of all races, and financial status.
Reposition Yourself: Living Life Without Limits.......2007-10-02
I'm still reading this book. I have to re-read the chapters at time to get the full meaning of what the writer is trying to convey to me as a reader. This book will be part of my Christian Library. I am going to try to reposition myself in my life's decisions concerning work, finances, how I relate to others as well as how I'm raising my son as a single parent. I'm also trying to teach my son how to reposition himself so that he can get the best out of life, and lives his life without limits.
very inspiring.......2007-09-28
a very inspiring book for people in life's difficult
stages, also very good to empower people in other
situations.

Customer Reviews:
Great Site Design Reference.......2004-04-21
I was a bit tentative when I started to use this text. The book has some minor editing problems, but if your desire is to really understand site design with an emphasis on drainage and grading plan design this text does the trick and does it well. I would recommend this book to any Jr. land development designer/engineer as a must have reference.
Great reference book!.......2004-02-06
This is a great book to have on your shelf. Kept referring to it for my Site Technology classes and I know I'll be referring to it in the future. I found it very helpful and clearly written. Would highly recommend it.
Thorough but Poorly Organized.......2003-11-03
Puchased this text to help review for the LARE exam. The text has all of the necessary information but is not layed out well. Illustrations are not located on pages where they are referenced in the text making it so that you have to flip back and forth across several pages to understand the text in relation to the examples.
The larger problem with the book is that the answers to Exercises are not given. You will have no way to determine if you are completing the problems correctly or not. The only way to find out will be to have them reviewed by another Landscape Architect or Engineer.
The text functions well as a reference for Landscape Architects to review formulas or storm water calculation techniques but if you are trying to use it for developing skills or for exam preperation I would not recommend it.
vertical curves.......2001-02-10
I am taking a class in site engineering. This book has helped me tremendously in a difficult study such as this. I would recommend this book highly. It is easy to read and understand, and the author has an extensive understanding of the subject matter. a must for all students of landscape architecture!

Customer Reviews:
One of the best of the series action, murder, and romance.......2005-09-22
I have to say this is one of the best of the series so far. The book has lots of action and romance. It's a faced pase book not like the last few books which have been slow. The story starts out with Matthew Kent, son of Jephtha Kent, is in Paris, pursuing the life of an artists. He is forced to leave the country after some incodents( I will not say you ahve to read). Then there is Dolly the women Jephta loves becomes pregnant and insists that they marry to avoid the stigma of bastardy for their child. There maragie dosent survivve do to many incodents. Gideon has an affair with his dead cousion's wife. Gideon's daughter Eleanor raped then she joines an acting group. This book is great and the second to last book. Now on to the last of the series.
Murder,mayhem and rape !!.......2003-04-23
Matthew Kent, son of Jephtha Kent, is in Paris, happily pursuing the life of one of the new "bohemian" artists and befriending many of the new and promising artists of the time-Cezanne, Manet etc. and rather daringly having a live-in mistress. He becomes involved with a sadistic and violent agent of Bismarck (chancellor of Germany)and is forced to flee the country. Dolly, his mistress, becomes pregnant and insists that they marry to avoid the stigma of bastardy for their child.Their marriage doesn't survive so Dolly takes their son Thomas with her to India where she is employed as an English teacher.Matt returns to America briefly but decides that his future lies in Europe. Gideon makes an implacable enemy of millionaire businessman, Thomas Courtleigh who does all he can to destroy Gideon and his business by attacking his family, causing the death of his wife Margaret. On the same night, Gideon's daughter Eleanor is pack raped , causing irreparable damage to her self esteem. Eleanor leaves home at an early age, joining an acting troupe, and therebye relinquishing respectability as it was known in that era. After Margarets death Gideon is able to marry his longtime mistress, Julia Kent, widow of his cousin Louis and takes on the responsibility of her son Carter.
A Kent Family success.......2003-03-05
One of the more successful Kent books. The sons of Jephtha Kent -- who is conveniently (and oh too quickly) killed off -- reap what they have sown. The lawless Kent of the title is Jeremiah, the gunslinger-gambler. Jakes cleverly manipulates other members of his cast to come in contact with Jeremiah without knowing who he is; first Julia on her suffragist tour of the Wild West, and then brother Gideon, with tragic results. The travails of Matthew Kent allow Jakes to explore nineteenth-century Paris, but the author is more successful detailing the great Chicago Fire of 1871 and early union uprisings than the Parisian bohemian art world. Gideon Kent's story takes up the bulk of the book: his wife's madness (which I have trouble buying, even though her father was a drunk and alcoholism is supposed to be hereditary), his affair with Julia, his estrangement from his children, his pro-union sympathies, and his conflict with the railroad giant Courtleigh. Gideon's descent into conservatism is less abrupt than Philip Kent's in The Seekers, and therefore more realistic, but equally annoying. The abrupt about-face by Dolly when she decides to leave Matthew seems out of character: I feel like Jakes is setting up her son Thomas to take part in raj activities in India for a future book never written. Eleanor the budding actress is also a believable character, but her last-minute reconciliation with Gideon is even less convincing. The Lawless has less in the way of canvas and sprawl than The Warriors (for instance), and Jakes seems to be truly interested in character development over episode, perhaps for the first time in the series. Unfortunately, none of the characters is as compelling as Amanda Kent in The Furies --and Jakes chooses to relegate the women to a secondary position.
awesome, read all 8, the story gets better and better...........2002-03-10
maybe my favoite of the 8, it is hard to decide, they are all great and together an awesome read....

I first saw and bought this Bible when visiting Myrtle Beach in 2005. It is an amazing help to women who have difficult pasts or have self esteem problems but any woman would benefit from the helps in this book. I loved the "Woman Thou Art Loosed Edition" so much that I bought five more copies to pass out to some of the women in our church. It was difficult to find five copies to purchase because the book is in so much demand but Amazon.com had them. Anyone who purchases this book for herself or for use in minstering to others, will not be disappointed.

Book Description
T. D. Jakes has helped millions of women discover the glorious truth of who they are. His bestseller The Lady, Her Lover and Her Lord was a groundbreaking look at a woman's most important relationships-with God, with the man in her life, and with herself-and was the first step toward hope and healing for women across the nation.
Now Bishop Jakes brings his unique perspective to this revealing look into the heart and mind of a man.
Men feel the pressure of fulfilling many roles in life: husband, father, son, businessman, and leader. Now Bishop Jakes comes to their aid with this guidebook to help every man understand his own emotional inner workings, and to offer biblically inspired direction toward being the man God wants him to be.
Practical, inspirational, and refreshingly honest, He-Motions is also the ultimate source for women who seek to comprehend and care for the men in their lives. It will help them decode men's often-baffling behavior and will offer eye-opening insights that will bring greater intimacy and healing to their relationships.
He-Motions will bring clarity and hope to men and help them strengthen their relationships with themselves, with the women in their lives, and ultimately, with their God. It is the book that millions of men and women have been waiting for.
Customer Reviews:
He-Motions, the Book.......2007-05-18
Very enlightening... Also, this should be a resource that every Man should add to his reading collections. Provides a woman an inside view to how men think and process; and it provides encouragement with antedote to a man's spirit.
Author of Mama and Us & Suicide-The Explosion Within.......2007-04-05
I enjoyed this book so much I had to buy another copy for my son! This is a great book for anyone, but especially a young adult male.
I loved this book!.......2007-03-18
Jakes really digs deep in into the male psyche on this one. I gave this one to my husband, who had all sorts of tabs sticking out as he read it. It is difficult for men to understand some of their emotions, or even understand that it's okay to have them. All that and more is explored in this book. My honey truly enjoyed the book, and I felt good giving him something relating to him that wasn't putting him down.
A total WOW!.......2007-02-13
Boy did I learn a lot about men from this book! It explained so much. Now if only more men would read it so that they may start to heal! Don't lose any more time - this book touches on everything, and is not overly religious. Get it, and get more understanding!!

good.......2007-09-02
Ilike this book it was so real, It go to show how little faith, can at times cause a person to lose sight of good judgement. And some times you have to be watchful of the people you choose to bring around your children. Good book
Satisfied.......2006-09-05
This book opened my eyes to a lot of baggage I was carrying around inside of me and bringing into new relationships. It made me aware of not giving another man a fair chance. I now have a loving, promising, relationship with a man I wouldn't take a million dollars for!
Courage to Face the Past.......2005-11-03
This book has not reached its fullest potential. In many ways it has not received the support it deserves from the Christian community. The women's group at our church used this book along with the workbook. It was a time of healing for the group. Bishop Jakes understands the emotions of a woman more than any man that I have encountered does. If you are determined to hold the hurts of the past, the book might become painful. This book pushes you towards healing.
Life Changing!.......2005-11-02
This book has impacted greatly on my life. i did not personally purchase it, but i am thankful that someone did. God spoke to me through this book, allowing me to let go. My bonds, the chains that were once holding me back from what GoD has for me have been broken. it showed me how to resist the devil, not accepting what it is that i should reject. It did not matter to me whether the author of this book was a male or female, i believe that despite the gender the book would have been exactly what God wanted it to be. i would definately recommend this to anyone, not just those who have been abused or have low self esteem, but to anyone who just needs a touch from God, becuse if you begin reading this book with expectations, those expectations will certainly be met. We serve a faithful God.
Woman, Thou Art Loosed!.......2005-09-20
This book is not for someone who is in the process of overcoming a situation. If you have resolved yourself to the idea that you will not overcome an issue, then TD Jakes may be able to motivate you. This book appears to be a man's opinion of what a woman should do to overcome problems that only women face. The advice would have been better received and written if it had come from a woman who had actually experienced the life situations that were discussed. I would not recommend this book.

Maximize the Moment is a biblically-based self-help book by T.D. Jakes, a leading African-American pastor, motivational speaker, and the author of The Lady, Her Lover, and Her Lord. Jakes begins the book with a powerful reminder of the frailty of life, the reason that "we should maximize and prioritize our time and esteem it as precious." In a straightforward, humble style, Jakes teaches readers to reach their God-given potential in family, work, and spiritual life. His advice, in short, is to think of every moment as an opportunity for decision, and then to make decisions that are always faithful and constructive. The passages advocating freedom from fear-filled and destructive relationships are especially powerful, and well-crafted to be useful for both men and women. Maximize the Moment also has a wealth of sayings that stick in the brain without the cloying sentiment that often colors self-help books. "The wisest thing we can do," Jakes writes, "is minimize the liabilities, plan for the unexpected, enjoy the ecstasies, endure the disappointments, and then face the inevitable."
Book Description
Using ageless biblical principles, Bishop T.D. Jakes teaches that every moment of every day, God provides all we need to achieve success. In Maximize the Moment, he explains how to release ourselves from damaging relationships and debilitating fears, how to face and conquer obstacles that may stand in our path to success, and how to move beyond our painful pasts.
"His stories are thought provoking, his guidelines are easy to follow and his questions allow the reader to align the course of his or her life to the biblical precepts presented in the book." (St. Louis Post-Dispatch)

Big man, big heart, big message.......2005-08-05
The fact T. D. Jakes is a successful businessman, as well as a successful evangelist and pastor, makes "Maximize the Moment" stand apart from many other books about Christian living. It's a double header kind of book, worth the time because of the Christian message and equally worth the time for the success-in-business-and-life message. Give it as a gift to anybody because there's a bucketful of good information in these pages for all of life.
Outstanding!.......2004-10-10
I have always admired this man, T.D. Jakes. I feel his teaching is superb and his insights of the Word of God excellent. In this book, I was not disappointed in the knowledge he shared.
In this work, he teaches how to overcome damaging effects from relationships, fears and many other obstacles that life has put in our path. He teaches the Biblical principles and how we can turn around hurtful life experiences and use them to our advantage. I found the information he shares very useful and informative, written in a clear, easy to understand manner.
This is a great book that you will turn to time and time again for encouragement and wisdom. Recommended!

Book Description
John Jakes, the godfather of the historical novel (Los Angeles Times), leaves the South to travel north for an epic tale of scandalous doings in one of the world's most famous resorts.
In the late nineteenth century, Newport, Rhode Island, was a cauldron of undeclared class warfare where reputations were made and lost in a whirlwind of parties and fancied slights. Where giant marble mansions called cottages arose and whereamid the glamour of yacht races, tennis matches, and costume ballsdepression, even madness, sometimes followed social failure.
In 1893, Sam Driver, railroad mogul and one of the few surviving robber barons of the lawless years after the Civil War, knocks on the door of fabled Newport together with his daughter, Jenny, determined not to be turned away a second time.
The first time, his new money was tainted by his rapacious reputation and his dealings with some of the most dishonest businessmen of the era. The Drivers find that some who know Sam's past won't let it rest. One enemy with a pedigree of wealth and position vows to slam every door in Sam's face.
But Sam plunges in, determined to win a place in the strange, rarefied world of Newport's brief summer season, presided over by social gadflies Ward McAllister and the androgynous Harry Lehr, both of whom will assist the Drivers . . . for a price. Sam's daughter wants the best that Newport offers but finds herself drawn into a dangerous romance with an impoverished young Irishman.
The Gods of Newport brings this gilded age of excess to thrilling life. It was a time and place whose extremes of greed, conspicuous consumption, and social striving have an astonishing resonance and relevance for the America we see around us today.

Terrible!.......2007-07-17
I plowed my way through 40 or so pages of this snoozer and gave up. Why does Jakes try to cram 30 years of backstory full of history, scandal, and drama into the first few chapters? If he wanted to write a saga, he should have spread it out over several books and taken his time. As it is, the plot jumps around frequently, making everything feel disjointed and there are so many characters coming and going that it's hard to remember who is who. It doesn't help that they all have the personality of a dead fish (and it's the same fish again and again).
Then there's the corny dialogue, the flat narrative, the utter lack of humor...the whole thing feels very thrown together and made me suspect Jakes is hoping this one will coast on the success of his earlier works.
The Gods of Newport.......2007-06-01
A great book--typical of John Jakes historical novels. Learned a lot about Newport, and its early history. Wish I'd read the book before we visited ther a few years ago--it would have made our visit that much more enjoyable. Looking forward to the next John Jakes book.
Good but not a Jakes classic.......2007-05-26
While Gods of Newport was an improvement over Savannah and Charleston, it did not capture the pathos or character development of the Kent and North South series. Jakes may still be acquiescing to publishers who want "short" versus "well developed" fiction. Alas we are all the worse if this is the case. At least he is still writing and perhaps he will give us one more truly interesting historical novel where the charaters are so well developed that we can consider them friends we can't wait to visit with.
John Jakes Decline.......2007-03-27
As a big fan of John Jakes' many books, I found this a good look at Newport's early history. However, the story (as well as "Charleston" & "Savannah) was a rather sketchy "hurry up & finish this", not like his earlier great historical novels. I am disappointed that Jakes has abandoned his practice of fleshing out his characters & plots - surely at this stage in his life, he can't be that much of a hurry.
John Jakes has another good book.......2007-03-02
A novel written by John Jakes always holds my attention. THE GODS OF NEWPORT is no different. Mr. Jakes is an excellent writer and in this novel he writes of the turn of the century from the 1800's to the 1900's. Newport was the "mecca center" for the rich and ultra rich. If you "made it" in Newport society, you were accepted in the social circles of New York City as well. Known names such as Vanderbilt give you the idea of just how wealthy these "Newporters" were expected to be.
Sam Drive wants to be a part of this society. He wants this for his daughter, Jenny, as well as for himself. He was not of OLD MONEY but came up from the ranks of the poor. He has his sights set on a wealthy and titled husband for Jenny but she has other ideas even if she is slow to realize them.
Sam builds a house in Newport and the architect tries to woo Jenny with less than satisfying results. Meanwhile, Prince Malloy sees Jenny at the local tennis club and picks her out as yet another conquest to "love'em and leave'em" to get even for the way the rich treated his deceased mother. Cupid has other ideas and when Prince and Jenny finally manage to get together, they find true love. Alas, Sam steps in and creates trouble for Prince to push him away from Jenny. He takes her to Europe and a "count" takes up with Jenny with Sam's approval. Sam even manages to get them married.
Is this the end of true love? Oh, I can't tell you that but besides this main theme, there are other smaller scenarios going on so pay attention to who's who when listening to this audio book. I will say that the ending is left hanging, in my opinion. Mr. Jakes doesn't usually do this but in this one I felt he left some unanswered questions.
Edward Herrmann read this novel and did a splendid job. He used different voices for the different characters which made listening to his reading very easy. No wonder he has so many theater credits to his name.
If you have read other John Jakes novels, you won't be disappointed in this one. He adds yet another great book to his list of credits.

Though at times a historically illuminating work, Charleston, bestselling author John Jakes's fictional retelling of the title city's early history through the Civil War, remains a largely uninspiring drama. Charleston offers an account of the burgeoning city from the perspective of the fictional Bell family, whose British immigrant predecessors arrive in Charleston in 1720. The story of the family's lasting, influential link to Charleston begins with Edward, whose political ideas during the Revolution put him at odds with the town's largely loyalist population, including his brother Adrian. Edward fights bravely in the Revolution, joining an effective band of hit-and-run fighters, but is later murdered by a jilted, mentally ill lover. Charleston then leaps forward, following the fortunes of Edward's granddaughter, Alex, who adopts Edward's liberal, abolitionist views, and begins a romance with lifelong black friend Henry. As slave-revolt paranoia heightens in the South, Alex watches Charleston become an isolated, violent police state, and eventually travels north, becoming a songwriter for the abolitionists and a witness to Charleston's downfall. Jakes combines fictional characters with meticulously researched historical settings and figures to give the events of Charleston context, significance, and immediacy. But rather than relying on the simple power of history, Jakes distracts from the narrative with clumsy metaphors and exaggerated characters. --Ross Doll
Book Description
With more than 50 million copies of his books in print, John Jakes is one of the preeminent novelists of American historical fiction. Now this beloved storyteller takes readers to Charleston, South Carolina, in a stunning multigenerational saga that tells the story of two apocalyptic, nation-shaping wars as seen through the eyes of a powerful South Carolina dynasty.
Written in three parts, Charleston follows the lives, loves, and shifting fortunes of the Bells, saints and evildoers mingled together in one unforgettable family, from the American Revolution through the turbulent antebellum years to the Civil War and the savage defeat of the Confederacy. Delving into our country's history as only he can, Jakes paints a powerful portrait of the Charleston aristocracy who zealously guarded their privilege and position, harboring dark family secrets that threatened to destroy them all. Sweeping from the bitterly divided Carolina frontier of the 1770s through the tragic destruction of the city during the Civil War, and peopled by a sprawling cast of memorable characters-patriots and cowards, aristocrats and abolitionists, slaves and freedmen, heroic men and courageous women-Charleston represents America's premier storyteller at his very best.

Love and Tragedy .......2007-06-29
This book is a continuous loop of finding love and losing love. It is filled with stories about family against family. It is a true soap opera in a book woven together with the common themes of Charleston and slavery. My eyes were opened to the fact that adultery probably has not increased in our society as much as I originally thought. It has just become less acceptable and therefore more visible as an issue. It also amazes me how you can degrade the life of humans. It had to be extremely hard to change your thoughts on the freedom of blacks when you have lived in a culture ingrained with the idea of a subordinate race.
Like the old TV show, "You Are There," and It's Interesting, Most Interesting.......2006-09-18
Historical Fiction at its best...Characters are especially evocative...some you love, some you love to hate...Just as it should be in good historical fiction...A sweeping story of Charleston, the heartbeat of the old agrarian South and secession, from the Revolutionary War through the Civil War,"The Recent Unpleasantness" as some call it....A story of the sins of the father being passed on to the son and to ensuing generations...
Well worth the read, well worth it...Gives a greater appreciation for the complexities of life in the South, especially in the urban agrarian South...It wasn't simple, and it wasn't black or white, in color, or in issues of the day, or in Southern reaction to those issues. Does a good job of relating the complexity of life in the South at that time, and, to some extent, in this time...It wasn't simple, but it was enthralling, and John Jakes has told the story well.
Good Historical Fiction -- Worth A Look.......2006-05-29
John Jakes turns his skill at historical fiction to the story of Charleston.
In the typical Jakes style, he follows the lives of the Bells from pre-revolutionary times through the Civil War. Fans of Jakes will find this an enjoyable adventure. I didn't find it to be his best work, but anyone who enjoys Jakes works or a profile of the main cities of the South will not be disappointed.
For newcomes to Jakes, I would still suggest the Kent Family Chronicles.
A great read on of Jakes best books.......2006-04-12
I am a fan of John Jakes after I read the Kent family books and Savanah and seeing all the North and South movies so I had to read this book. It was enjoyable from start to the great shocking ending. The book works in so many levels the charactors are great from every generation, the civil war part is great and of corse the history is great. At times the story is like a soap but it's good but then at other times it's to fluffy. The book is full of romance, murder, deception, blackmail to make this book a great book to read over and over again.
overview.......2006-01-03
Though not one of his best works, John Jakes has written a version of the history of this beautiful city as experienced by members of 3 families, disparate but interlocked by their own early histories. He skims over the great cataclysmic events (Revolution, Civil War, fires) in favor of depicting the actions and reactions of his protagonists and antagonists. While a number of these characters are rather cardboard, an important few are well drawn. The same might be said of plotting, which is often predictable (don't know if Jakes is aware of the broad hints he drops) but sometimes intriguing. While this book is far from perfect, it flowed along, contained some interesting moments, and I did enjoy reading it .

The Seasonal Nature of Commodities.......2006-12-17
The one most single thing that makes trading commodities exciting is the fact that they are so seasonal in nature. Think about it, commodities are basically consumable items, such as corn, wheat, beans, gold, and silver. These items are consumable items, and have a very seasonal nature to them. Take wheat for example, we plant it at the same time each year, we harvest it at the same time each year, its open to damage at the same time each year, we take it to market and have storage fees all at the same time each year. This book, The Commodity Trader's Almanac, is the key to being able to take advantage of these trading strategies. Due to these seasonal reoccuring price patterns, we have the ability to profit from such moves each and every year, as markets repeat themselves time and time again. You don't find this type of characteristics with Stocks, you can't do this with Forex, its all about commodities, and this amazing book brings that information out and available to the average trader, information that's only been available to the professional hedge fund traders until now.
I highly recommend this book, I wouldn't even think about trying to trade the commodity markets without it.

What every serious trader needs in their arsenal.......2006-11-23
As a floor trader we are always looking for that "edge" that keeps us ahead of the crowd. I have always used Scott's other works when trading the Ag markets. Now I have that edge for all the markets I trade. This is one of the most useful and concise books on seasonals and fundies I have ever bought!
-Dr. Scott Brown, PhD, a.k.a. "The Wallet Doctor".......2006-11-22
I traded commodities in the 1990's. I have always complained that there is, "no central source for commodity fundamentals!" I found this publication through the recommendation of a highly regarded (and profitable) futures trader I know. I was delightfully surprised to find that it has everything I have ever wanted but never had on commodity fundamentals!
IF YOU PLAN ON TRADING COMMODITIES YOU MUST HAVE THIS BOOK ON YOUR DESK!

This is THE "Must Have" manual for every commodities trader........2006-11-14
After many, many years of studying and trading the commodities markets, I have come to recognize Scott Barrie as the leading authority on market cycles and seasonal tendencies. There really is no better source in the trading world for this kind of information than the traders almanac, and the kind of inherent value possessed by this easy-to-follow and remarkably expansive collection of market data is rare in the industry. I cannot even fathom the amount of time and expense which it would take for me to compile this kind of knowledge on my own, so I consider the almanac to be an extraordinary value to myself as well as my associates.
All too often, the wide array of trading paraphrenalia pushed onto the market is "all hat and no cattle". The Trader's Almanac is "all cattle"- this is the kind of information that can make a real difference in a trader's bottom line. The dog-eared and well-worn pages of my 'nearly retired' 2006 grain trader's almanac have about had it, but I'm already laying the groundwork for a successful 2007 with a little help from this new expanded edition.
