it is a great book for all ages As you all know Haru left to find musica to fix the ten power sword, but will he fix it? Haru gets to the mainland and to think it's your first time in a big city and to make maters worse
plue gets stolen!!!!!! But lucky haru finds plue at a dog racing track but this is no ordinary dog track. This is a dog track for dogs with special armor and while this is happenning
all of the owners of the dogs are looking for haru but he is saved by a cute girl named Elie who lost her memory one year ago. but to you girls out there Elie is prety cool.
she saves haru two times from the demon card member.
Don't worry haru can beat him with a little help from Elie. and so haru and his new frend Elie. who is going with haru so he can help find Elies memory
so now it is haru ,Elie and plue. that was just a little sneak peek for you. I hope you like it I did. I have read all 18 of the rave masters and I love them all. happy reading. (:

The character Elle is cute, but the whole stor is boring and doesn't make any scene. All the books in the story line are piontless. It's like they copied the whole story form dragon ball z or something. DO NOT get this book unless you LIKE to waste money.

This is a great gift to get any child, or adult, into the breathtaking glory of manga! Hiro Mashima expresses the plot with an extreme amount of houmour adding a pinch of everything from fierce battles to sexual tension.

I finally got this book today, and it rocked! It's well drawn, and extremely funny. It's different from the anime, that's for sure, but I like the manga better. The charecters look different from the anime too. However, this is still an awsome! Oh, by the way, Plue is absolutly adorable!

I am 12 years old. I like anime, including this one. This manga is awesome. It is about 16-year old Haru Glory, who lives on Garage Island. While fishing, he fishs out a weird creatue. He meets an old man named Shiva, who was a Rave Master 50 years ago but can't use the power of Rave, which is a small stone in a shape of a sword. The creature Haru fished was Plue who tried to help him save the world 50 years ago. Now Haru is the new Rave Master and he must leave the island to save the world. Please only read this if you are 11 or older because this is some blood and cursing in this manga. This is the first manga I read.

i think this book is awsome!!it starts out with haru glory thats never left his home at garage island.so the old ravemaster comes to town and figures out that haru can use the raves and then he wants haru to be the next ravemaster so haru says ok and then the story of the ravemaster begins!!!

Boring, uninteresting, typical story and characters........2005-02-27

I heard good things about Rave Master from multiple sites, one of them being this one. Eventually it ended up in a book order, and so I ordered it. I was disappointed.

You COULD buy this manga, and waste $8.00 on something you won't enjoy unless you enjoy unoriginality, boring storylines, a typical protagonist with a typical objective, and an equally unoriginal villain, or group of villains. Or you could buy something that is actually good, like .hack//Legend of The Twilight or Naruto.

(or Fullmetal Alchemist, which is available through fan scanlations online. Best manga in my opinion.)

I'm Addicted!!.......2004-05-15

This is an awesum book and I reeeeelly want to read the fourth book. I have to have them all!! Every book leaves you so that you can't sleep or breathe until you get the next one and finds out what happens. They are a wee bit expensive, however. If you don't have lots of money, DON'T BUY THIS SERIES!! You will litterally just HAVE to have the whole series. I'm still begging my mom for book 4. It's a great read for those who love weirdness, adventure, excitement, comedy and pretty much everything else too.

Excellent!.......2005-01-15

This is one of the best animes I've read in a long while! Haru is funny, Elie is hot, Musica is just....well, Musica! The odd thing is Amazon has only up to this one #6, when int he stores it's up to $12, and 13 will be out soon. Anyway, read this series, you'll love yourself for it!
