Great CD.......2007-09-30
I bought this CD for use as a relaxation activity in an early childhood classroom for 3 to 5 year old children and it's wonderful. If I could give it more stars, it would have 10! This would be great for your child to listen to at night to help them wind down for bedtime, or in the afternoon for a rest time activity, and it's great for the classroom. I highly recommend it.
Great for my 3 yr old!!.......2007-09-25
I have an especially bright but anxious 3 1/2 yr old. I wasn't sure whe was going to take to this cd even after I listened to it. But she LOVES it and goes to sleep every night listening to it! I think it gives her something other than monsters to think about as she is falling asleep. We have been nightmare free wince we got it a week ago!!! I am thinking of making a copy for my 9 month old to listen to in our room as well.. the voice is so soothing and maybe she will like it as too!
Soothing and relaxing for little ones.......2007-09-23
I love these cd's. I got this for my 5yr old because he is highly sensitive. After the daily stresses of (to him) loud noise, ugly smells, crowed class rooms, this cd helped him make it through kindergarden. And now he's enjoying first grade. I don't know what I would of done without Indigo Dreams.
A nice cd.......2007-09-08
My kids and I have listened to this, and it's very relaxing. My 4-yr-old son and 8-yr-old daughter have both been fairly wiggle-free during listening. It's a nice wind-down at the end of the day. Sometimes the speaker seems a little too slow-talking for me, but when I just relax and calm down, it doesn't bug me as much. I very much enjoy relaxation and visualization techniques, and am happy to pass along the benefits to my kids.
Great for 4 year olds and 30 year olds!.......2007-06-22
I bought this for my 4-year-old daughter who is high-spirited and has a hard time settling down at night. She loves this. We keep the CD on "repeat" through the night. That way if she wakes up, she just listens to the CD and it puts her back to sleep. No need to come to Mom and Dad's room! Yay! It's also the only meditation CD that I enjoy, for myself.

Customer Reviews:
Wonderful tool for ages 5 and up!.......2007-09-19
I have to say that all 3 of my children have been helped by us navigating this book together. I homeschool them and each has had 'worries' about one thing or another that they have been ruminating over. We just started a garden this year (growing tomatoes) so this book was PERFECT for us because the author uses the analogy of a tomato plant that you water and care for every day producing a HUGE bumper crop of tomatoes.. and the worries that you give much time and thought to every day 'taking over' your time and thoughts. It was especially helpful when we got to the chapter about setting aside 'worry time' for each child each day and working through their worries using logic. All 3 of my children (ages 5, 8 1/2 and 10) have reduced their worry time / anxiety since we began our 'group study' of this book. We are still working through it.. and it is GREAT!
A Great Resource.......2007-09-08
As a therapist I am always looking for new resources. This is one of the best for treating anxiety. I had one child this week say "did you type this just for me?" because it resonated so well.
Check out Ms. Huebner's other books on OCD and Depression--they are great too!
A must-have resource!.......2007-08-13
I highly recommend this book for social workers/therapists and other professionals who work with children. It is definitely kid-friendly; my clients have been open to using this book because it feels more like a fun activity rather than "therapy".
very helpful book.......2007-07-14
This book is an excellent resource for the professional or parent of a child with anxiety difficulties. It explains the various ways that a child can less the effects of anxiety in child appropriate language with places for the child to customize his or her feelings and thoughts. Very well done.
Kids can relate to the ideas in the book........2007-07-10
When your child's anxiety overtakes and consumes their joy, you'd buy 200 books if they'd help your child to feel better. Don't buy 200 books... BUY THIS ONE for your child.
My daughter is 9, but reads at 8th grade level, so I was a bit apprehensive about getting this book for her; fearing she'd think it was too baby-ish. Much to my surprise and delight, she loves the book! She says "I love the pictures. It's kind of funny and I like that it has activities to do. The book has good ideas about how to fix my worries."
The book does have great kid-friendly concepts like: Worry Time and Worry Bully, with places to draw and write down thoughts. It not only addresses how worries can take over, but empowers kids to fight back and reassures them that when they do, the worries will get smaller and smaller, AND MOST IMPORTANTLY...LOSE THEIR POWER OVER YOUR CHILD.
The book talks about the positives of getting rid of worries, like giving kids more time to play with their friends instead of worrying. Simple concepts perhaps, but written in a way that kids relate. The concepts are ones that both kids and parents can easily remember and refer to, which also helps when the Worry Bully shows up unexpectedly.
Other books that have helped my daughter:
Worried No More Worried No More - Second Edition: Help and Hope for Anxious Children by Aureen Wagner, PHD (this is an excellent resource for Cognitive-Behavioral therapy support; workbook pages in the back...) and the meditations books for children by Maureen Garth: StarbrightStarbright--Meditations for Children, Moonbeam Moonbeam: A Book of Meditations for Children, and Earthlight Earthlight (read together before bedtime to help your child visualize a safe, quiet place before they fall asleep...).
Book Description
Have you ever heard of your inner child? Well, this is the classic book that started it all. In 1987, Charlie Whitfield's breakthrough concept of the child withinthat part of us which is truly alive, energetic, creative and fulfilledlaunched the inner child movement. Healing the Child Within describes how the inner child is lost to trauma and loss, and how by recovering it, we can heal the fear, confusion and unhappiness of adult life. Eighteen years and more than a million copies sold later, Healing the Child Within is a perennial selling classic in the field of psychology. And it is even more timely today than it was in 1987. Recent brain research, particularly on the effects of trauma on the brain of developing children, has supported Whitfield's intuitive understanding as a psychiatrist. About HCI Recovery Classics HCI's recovery backlist contains some of the most important and best-selling works in the recovery field. These books are still sought after today, selling more than 100,000 copies per year. Our new line of branded books features expanded editions of our top recovery titles, new introductions, updates on pertinent recent developments in the field, and contemporary new covers and packaging.

Not for the average person.......2007-09-14
I thought this was hard to follow and written more for a psychologist than an average person.
Thrift store book changes Janis' life.......2007-05-17
In a thrift store at Christmastime my daughter swiped this book off the shelf and tossed it in my basket. As one of the other reviewers of this book said, I had thought references to "inner child" work to be hokie and I never gravitated toward formal Inner Child Work. With 12+ years in recovery in AA, AlAnon, and Co-dependency I was completely surprised to find a true "layer of the onion" would be removed and that this book would be a classic form of "more will be revealed" (recovery slogans). I just ordered a copy for my cousin whose childhood mirrored mine. She too has been in a form of 12 step recovery for about the same time as I. I would caution someone new to "looking at themselves" to get a therapist first and/or at least some of Melody Beattie/Carolyn Mysse's work under way. This book digs very deep----to places I have been exploring for a long time. It would flip my PhD sister out who has never done any recovery work....the going "family opionion" is that the only problem in the family was my drinking. The family opinion is dead wrong. I am the lucky one, I had a visible disease channel me into a life of living in the solution, not the problem. Give this book a try!!!!!!!!! It was the best Christmas gift I got last year!
Finding Support on the Path to Healling From Abuse.......2007-03-10
Along with other books by Charles Whitfield, this book provides a sensitive, supportive path and permission to release your hidden child within, the child that guards your freedom and your soul, the child that guards the blossoms of your virtues and gifts that are waiting to grow you into the full person you were meant to be. It allows you to say, "I was an abused child. I grieve for the stunted paths I've followed because I could not find the way to say this soon enough and release the gifts that belong to me, and to STOP asking WHY (since a dead person can't answer), but to speak outloud: 'You did this to me and I did not deserve it. It was not my fault. And I am furious. I am finally furious for the crippled life I was left to lead, and the sick pain and depression that have been my struggle.' " Then you can bring forth that hurt child and weep with, rage wih, and comfort that child. You feel like a split personality for a little while but you will heal. You will find joy. You will never be sorry. I am 69.
Healing The Child WIthin.......2007-03-09

Do you think your child is special? Well, perhaps he or she is! Self-help professionals Lee Carroll and Jan Tober have collected essays by dozens of doctors, counselors, and other childhood experts that seem to document the arrival on earth of a newly evolved species of human kiddie referred to here as an "indigo" child. The 10 most common traits are: 1.) They come into the world with a feeling of royalty. 2.) They have a feeling of deserving to be here. 3.) Self-worth is not a big issue. 4.) They have difficulty with authority by ritual or without explanation. 5.) They simply will not do certain things. 6.) They get frustrated with systems that don't require creative thought. 7.) They often see better ways of doing things. 8.) School is often difficult for them and they can seem antisocial. 9.) They will not respond to guilt-trip discipline. 10.) They are not shy about letting you know what they need.
If your little angel/devil fits this pattern and you are pulling your hair out trying to relate, you may want to read this book before resorting to Ritalin. --P. Randall Cohan
Book Description
An Indigo Child is a child who displays new and unusual psychological attributes that reveal a pattern of behavior generally undocumented before. This pattern has factors that suggest that parents and teachers change their treatment and upbringing of these special kids in order to achieve balance.
Customer Reviews:
Indigo Children ~ Super Sensitive Kids.......2007-08-17
I'd like to refer anyone reading this comment to the reader who posted this review: The Quintessential Resource On Indigos, April 23, 2005...scroll back and take a look. They said everything perfectly! Why be redundant?
I would like to clear up, though, the misconception that seems to be floating out there that these kids don't need boundaries, guidance. That's totally untrue. They DO. Moreso than the other children. These children need these things to grow up to be respectful adults. If not, they WILL grow up thinking it's a free for all. Yes, they are different..yes, they require tons more patience, but they are sooo worth it!
I hate labels. Of any kind. ADD, ADHD...even Indigo, Crystal, Rainbow, etc. Personally, I feel these children should be called "Super Sensitive Kids". By that, I'm talking about their inner energy and needing to channel it properly; anyway, that is for another topic:~) Please read the book with an open mind.
Indigo Children.......2007-01-15
A wealth of knowledge-extremely helpful when communicating with indigo children. A ray of light on such a difficult topic.
Complete garbage.......2006-11-28
This is an utter and total waste of time and money. Be real to yourself and your child, get some professional advice, not this pathetic drivel.
I hate this book.......2006-11-19
I hate this whole idea. I'm so tired of new agers sitting around doing nothing waiting for someone else to do all the work and save them. It's pathetic.
I also hate how this author wants to neatly categorize people into tiny little boxes and put one neat little label on them. Just the idea that an entire generation could be summed up in 1 sentence is insulting to any intelligent human being.
Am I an indigo kid? I don't know. I'm certainly in the age group and I certainly have a complete lack of respect for authority. I know who I am. I also can't stand hypocrisy and people who won't get things done for themselves. I am exceedingly empathic and can read people like a book, even over the internet. But I do not have ADD. I'm not here on some mission as a vanguard for a buncha little kids. I'm not here to save humanity from anything. Humanity should save itself. I have patience.
This book is just another example of a broken new ager praying that someone will tell her what to do.
I am so sad.......2006-11-06
As an early childhood educator I am extrememly concerned at the popularity of this idea. "Kryon and his earthly messengers" have made over 2.5 million dollars from these books and self-help seminars (one site offers a recorded message that you can listen to by phone for only $79!) ADD, ADHD and Aperger's Syndrome are real problems that our kids face. Yes, I agree that kids today are not like we were, but doesn't every generation make that staid observation? The world moves faster every day and then we are shocked that our children struggle to keep up. Anyone with a basic knowledge of the roots of ADD and ADHD knows that they are NOT disorders of a surplus of energy but are in fact the opposite, and profiteers are making money off of parents who don't know how to help these children learn. We do them all a disservice by allowing this shameful manipulation of the very real suffering of the next generation. Shame on you.
Book Description
Millions of adults grew up with immature, self-absorbed parents who made their own children responsible for their physical and emotional well-being, expected admiration and constant attention, and reacted with criticism and blame when their slightest need went unmet. In this accessible book, psychologist Nina Brown helps grown children come to terms with the results of such an upbringing, including tendencies to overcomply to others' needs, withdraw when someone needs nurturing, and lack self-esteem. Through self-exploration exercises and protective and coping strategies, Brown helps readers work toward developing a "healthy narcissism" by identifying destructive patterns their parents may have had, evaluating attitudes and behaviors that may be hampering their own adult relationships, dealing with self-doubt and other negative feelings, and piecing together a more integrated sense of self.
Customer Reviews:
It all makes so much sense now! .......2007-09-05
The explanations and descriptions in this book demonstrate what happens between my mother and I. Now... so many things make SENSE! This book has changed my life.
Narcissists do not have children to give, but to receive. They do not see their children as individuals, but as extensions of themselves. Therefore, their boundary issues, the words they say and the things they do that has compromised your relationship with your parent for so long are now explained by Dr. Brown. She does ask that you get a second opinion to keep yourself in check - that you're not jumping to any conclusions. She also has exercises about yourself and your parent that help you to determine if you are a child of the self-absorbed. I would have to say that most of us KNOW it. Like if they've ever thrown a birthday party for you and invited all of her friends instead of yours. (sorry TMI)
Yes, as Dr. Brown states, it is true that that your narcissistic parent will not change. If your parent truly is a narcissist, you probably already know that trying to change them or even attempting to make them SEE & understand what you're trying to say often does more harm than good. Dr. Brown says from the beginning to not be tempted to share what you have learned about their personality disorder with them. This is because there are two sides to a narcissist - the grand, show-offy side, and then the other side, which consists of an impoverished self, with low self-esteem and a painful inability to ever see their flawed self, or to even be able to laugh at themselves.
The things that helped me the most was to learn that IT'S NOT ME - all those times I've talked / explained until I was blue in the face and she still didn't seem to understand what I was saying is finally explained to me. It has to do with the fact that narcissits do not have the ability to have empathy - to be able to stand in someone else's shoes and feel what they are feeling. Therefore, all those times you tried to explain, and they did not GET it now makes sense. It is not possible for them to have empathy, even if their words speak logically as if they do.
Also, to learn that they believe that everyone thinks the way that they do, and therefore, if they think something is wrong - then it IS wrong in their world. Oh what a relief to have this brought to light - what a relief to know that someone can explain it. It was also a great relief to learn about how they twist the truth around. They even lie. Yes, they know they are lying but they feel completely justified in the lie. This explains so much about the untruthfulness.
Another thing that was mindblowing for me was the part that dealt with this concept that narcissits project their negative emotions onto others, especially their children, in order to feel better. I have been absorbing her emotions from the time I was a child, and I feel that this is the core to my eating disorder. This explains why I have avoided my mother ever since my brother took his life last year. Although completely subconscious, I somehow knew before reading this book to protect myself from her; that she would project her intense negative emotions to me and I knew it would trigger my depression, and I can't afford that with my own grief and a family to take care of. But before this book, I was not able to explain to anyone why I could not be a comfort to my mother - only that she would trigger my depression. That much, I did know.
The best thing is - that 2/3 of this book (approximately) deals with helping those of us who have been raised by the self-absorbed. Things like learning to have things bounce off of us, deflective body language, and how to deflect their manipulation are examples. There are many options given, and although some of them seem impossible, don't discount them because there might be a situation that would call for this particular reaction. You will have to learn to field things.
Finally, one reads this book assuming that you do want to continue a relationship with this parent. Many people scoff at keeping a narcissist in your life. However, not every person is "all bad". Remember that. (Unless they truly are all bad, and too toxic to manage.)
And yes, there are some typos and gramatical errors, but this book is written with a great deal of intellect. There aren't too many, and they certainly don't get in the way of how the book reads or speaks to you. And about the bullets - another reviewer complained of them. Yes, there are many bulleted lists depicting characteristics, feelings, etc. Even if they are not appropriate, I feel that they help the reader to absorb and ponder each point given one-by-one instead of breezing through them too quickly.
If you were raised by self-absorbed parent(s), this book can help you, I have no doubt. As I said in the beginning - everything suddenly makes sense, from musty old memories to dealing with the parent today in adult life.
must have!.......2007-08-09
For anyone who has noticed their parent with self-absorbed issues, this is a must. This was the missing piece for understanding myself and my mother. It has helped me from passing on the same traits down to my child. It has been eye-opening to say the least.
Informative.......2007-06-27
Good to detect and recognize pattern from your parent(s) and thus explaining why you might react and act in a certain way when you grow older.
Many excersises to do that I opted out. Now at least I understand that I was right and my parent was wrong. It wasnt me that was wrng and that is the most important lesson for me to learn from ths book.
Author advised that you endure the punishment.......2007-05-18
This book advocates that the adult child put up with the abuse because the adult will never recognize their own narcissistic and abusive behavior. Since they are unable to change, the best we can do is adapt and change to accomodate their abuse. Poo on that! I got this book five years ago and following these guidelines simply enabled another lost 5 years of my life. No one should have to put up with such abuse. Ever. There must be a better solution - LEAVE!
Terrific-great insight!.......2007-05-14
I found this very helpful. It is written well, with advice on how to handle difficult people and situations.

Book Description
Mommy got me a brand new potty!
But I'm not ready yet!
I want to run and play.
Uh-oh, I peed in my pants.
But Mommy says, "That's okay!"
Children will love following along and lifting the flaps to see the child play, sit on thepotty, eat, sit on the potty, sleep, and then sit on the potty...until finally there is success.
Written from a child's point of view, this new potty-training book will help children join in the final refrain, "I'm so proud of me!"
Book Description
"This is a wise and compassionate book, informed by academic rigor, deep personal feeling, and a sensitivity not only to the difference that is autism but also to the variety of human experience across cultures and classes. Grinker's research is as wide-ranging as it is open-minded, bringing together the precision of social science and the artistry of memoir, balancing the academic and the anecdotal to build polemical arguments about the nature and prevalence of autism. He speaks of how people have responded to the illness, and of how else we might respond, and in doing so challenges us to make a better world." Andrew Solomon, author of The Noonday Demon, winner of the National Book Award.
This global exploration of autism by an anthropologist -- and father of a child with autism -- is the first book to show that the autism "epidemic" holds surprising new promise for better diagnosis and treatment. Unstrange Minds documents Grinker's quest to find out why autism is so much more common today, and to uncover the implications of the increase. His search took him to Africa, India, and East Asia, to the National Institutes of Mental Health, and to the mountains of Appalachia . What he discovered is both surprising and controversial: the high rates of autism may not be proof of an epidemic.
Grinker shows that the identification and treatment of autism everywhere depends on culture just as much as on science. With the rise of parent advocacy, mainstreaming in education, public awareness, and the decline of the stigma of brain-based disorders, there are more people in the world today with a diagnosis of autism today than at any time in history. Doctors are describing and treating the disorder better, epidemiologists are counting it better, school systems are coding it better -- and children are benefiting. There is more research, more special education, more philanthropy, more understanding of how families struggle to cope. Finally, after all these years, we've realized that autism is a major public health concern.
Filled with moving stories from throughout the world, and informed by the latest science and Grinker's own experience raising a daughter with autism, Unstrange Minds is unlike any other book on autism. It is a powerful testament to a father's quest for the truth, and is urgently relevant to anyone whose life is touched by one of history's most puzzling disorders.
Customer Reviews:
Fascinating and captivating!.......2007-07-24
I would like to start by saying I don't know a lot about autism, I don't have autism, and to the best of my knowledge, don't know anyone with autism. I got interested when I read the book "Curious Incident of the Dog in the Night Time" which was amazingly written and extremely interesting to me. I was listening to NPR one night when Grinker came on doing a book reading/Q&A about his new book "Unstrange Minds." I immediately picked up his book and haven't put it down. I'm not a huge fan of nonfiction, but this book really kept my attention. The writing is superb, the stories are heartwarming, and the anthropology is fascinating. The first part of the book includes his anthropology background and discussions of how different cultures and peoples define, diagnose, and treat different illnesses. The second half is an endearing story of how him and his wife (and their younger daughter) have lived and grown with their autisic daughter. It's beautifully written and gives hope for the future of autism diagnosis, awareness, and treatment.
Fascinating to see how other cultures view autism.......2007-06-24
This book had three main topics. One is the author's own daughter, Isabel, who is autistic. The second is addressing what many see to be an epidemic of autism, and deciding if that really is the case. The third is taking a look at how other cultures treat those with autism. All three topics were covered well, and were very interesting to read about.
I especially enjoyed hearing about Isabel's fascination with the book Linnea in Monet's Garden, and how the family used that interest to expand her horizons, rather than discouraging it. It reminded me of a time when my son was extremely taken with a certain episode of Mister Rogers, where Mister Rogers visits a trolley museum. We took a trip to the same trolley museum, and my son was just stunned and thrilled to be able to see and do the same things he saw in the episode. I think it's important to USE special interests to engage kids, rather than discourage them as often we are told to do.
I had often wondered if the uptick in autism diagnoses could be simply that it's more accepted as a diagnosis now. I am now convinced that is the case. In many cases, according to this book, it wasn't even AVAILABLE to use as a diagnosis until recently, so OF COURSE it's diagnosed more now!
I think my favorite part of the book was the chance to see how other cultures deal with autism today. It mostly makes me happy I live here and not in India or South Korea, although everyplace seems to be improving in the attitudes and care. I would love to hear about more countries and autism---what about China?
I want to thank the author for this thoughtful, well researched and very interesting book.
Enlightening Book About Autism Around the World.......2007-03-08
Unstrange Minds investigates how autism has become a widely diagnosed and prevalent disorder in the United States during the last 15 years. Dr. Grinker persuasively argues that with broad criteria now used to make diagnoses, more children are being counted as autistic even though they present with milder cases such as Pervasive Developmental Disorder or Asberger's Syndrome, leading to what seems like an "epidemic." Dr. Grinker traveled throughout Africa, South Korea and India to examine how other societies integrate autism into their cultural frameworks. It is fascinating to read how each culture treats autism differently, from the Navajo who embrace their children as blessed to the South Koreans who hide their autistic children to protect siblings from being considered tainted and unmarriageable. It is books like Dr. Grinker's, which courageously explore autism and fearlessly take a position, that are helping to make readers of this disorder aware and better informed.
Public libraries as well as health collections will find UNSTRANGE MINDS compelling and revealing........2007-03-06
UNSTRANGE MINDS: REMAPPING THE WORLD OF AUTISM is a powerful survey of the parents of autistic children in South Africa, South Korea and India and how their societies view the disorder - and is written by an anthropologist and father of a daughter with autism. Contrary to popular belief there is no evidence for an 'autism epidemic' - just better diagnosis of the condition - and Grinker's focus on diagnosis processes, public awareness, social programs, and his own personal story blends into an unusual anthropological investigation hard to put down. Public libraries as well as health collections will find UNSTRANGE MINDS compelling and revealing.
a great book!.......2007-02-23
This is an extraodinarily good book that works on many levels. It's a history of psychiatry's attempts to understand autism, a hard look at the idea that there is an autism "epidemic", and a genuinely compelling story of one man's journey to understand and deal with his autistic daughter. It is extremely well written, honest when honesty is called for and passionate and eloquent when simple honesty isn't enough. Grinker manages to treat autistic people with respect without romanticizing them or the struggles of autistic people and their caregivers to "fit in" to a social world that simply isn't put together the way they'd like it to be. If you are only going to read one book about autism, I strongly recommend this one.

Another great product.......2007-10-06
My son absolutely loves Ms Lite's Indigo Dreams CD. Many children with Autism Spectrum disorders have a hard time adjusting to changes, so it took a LONG time for me to convine my son to try the Ocean Dreams CD. He loves that one now, too. The sounds and stories are so relaxing, it is much easier for him to relax and fall asleep with them. I would definately recommend both of these CD's and books to any parent whose child has a hard time relaxing and falling asleep.
Even the young feel stress.......2007-09-23
I got this for my 9yr old to help him get to sleep on school nights when he claimed he wasn't tired. It worked like a charm. Every night he would try to stay awake to hear it to the end. Two months later he is still trying to hear the end. I also have Indigo Dreams for the younger kids for my 5yr old. When he went to his first sleep over I sent it with him just incase he started feeling scared at bed time. The friends mother said he didn't need it but listened to it herself and loved it and asked where I got it. She had a 10yr old who was having trouble the night before she had a test. I offered her this cd for a few days. When she returned it she informed me she had purchased both for her kids. Keep up the great work. Highly recommened.
Tranquility!.......2007-09-14
I bought this for my kids after they grew tired of my own, self-published children's books, "The L'il Zombie" and "Flesheaters from Candyland." They now have the placid demeanor of Herbalife franchisees, though actually scaling those heights may be tough for them later in life.
Indigo Ocean - Children's Stories.......2007-08-29
I bought this as a gift for a friend's children they Love it, asking to listen to it each night.
Great CD.......2007-06-12
I've never written a review before but this CD was so great. I rely on these reviews to buy so I know how important they are. I bought the CD because my 8 year daughter old has been suffering from "tummy aches" and panic attacks at night. She really enjoyed the stories. The guided meditations helped calm her down. My 5 year old son just enjoyed listening to the bedtime type stories as he drifted off to sleep. He requests to listen to it several nights a week and doesn't seem to get sick of it. They love them so much I'm going to try the "sister" cd next. Great buy!

I have read the one for adults and it was powerful. How much better off our kids would be if they learned to think about what they are thinking about now instead of later.
