Book Description

Not once, not twice, but ten times in one month the Lord appeared to Choo Thomas and took her on a breathtaking journey. Over 500,000 readers around the world (in 43 languages) have bought copies of this book! Here is a personal story of how she saw the living Christ, visited hell, and walked in heaven. " On January 19, 1996, I woke up at 3:00 in the morning. My body was shaking…I turned my head on the pillow to look in the direction of the sound, and there, all-aglow, was a figure dressed in white garments. It was the Lord…" How could this be happening to me? I wondered…as I began to tremble…and to weep tears of love and joy. " `My daughter…I am your Lord, and I want to talk to you. I am going to visit you many times before this work is done.' " The impact of His voice, His words, His message hit me with a supernatural force…" Readers will passionately share her experiences, sense the growing wonder of His presence, feel the weight of His tender words, and drink in the Spirit of God.

5 out of 5 stars The best book about heaven.......2007-09-28

I have collected every Christian book on heaven. Ranging from books written from the 19th century to the 21st century, and so far Choo's is the best because:

1) It grabs me right away because Dr. Yonggi Cho, Pastor of the largest church in the world with over 1 million members, wrote the forward and translated it into Korean - demonstrating his total trust in Choo's credibility;
2) I could see Choo's deep love and devotion to our Lord, forsaking every worldly thing in order to draw closer to Christ;
3) Choo's writing immerses you with vivid pictures of heaven and hell.

I would highly recommend this book to anyone seeking a deeper knowledge of Christ and to those wanting a manual on how to get to heaven.

HEAVEN IS SO REAL! So don't miss it.

5 out of 5 stars Total Blessings and Excellent.......2007-09-27

I was the most blessed when I read the "Heaven is so real" book.
It is not only a Choo Thomas' personal testimony of visiting heaven but also conveying a powerful messages from the Lord Jesus.
I found the deeper love of Jesus Christ for His church and His children through this book. At the same time His warning to His children of Laodicean church is there because He cares.
Some may disagree with this book because they believe it is unscriptural.
However I believe this is extra-biblical and will be a blessing for those who read and believe with open heart. If you do not believe, please be quiet because you may blaspheme the Holy Spirit without knowing.
If you don't understand some part you pray to the Lord to reveal His truth.
Please read the Gospel of Matthew 12:31, Mark 3:29 and Luke 12:10.
I believe the true author of this book is the Lord Jesus Himself.
When you focus your heart on the Lord Jesus while reading the Holy Spirit will bless you beyond your imagination.
Critics are always there even in Jesus time but they regret a million times now in unwanted place.
I recommend to everyone to read and share this Heaven book because Jesus is coming back very soon, sooner than most think.

1 out of 5 stars Approach with skepticism!.......2007-09-24

After considerable deliberation, I have reached the conclusion that the woman who wrote this book was either deliberately trying to make a quick buck by publishing a pack of lies, OR she is so mentally unbalanced that she is unable to discern between reality and fantasy. I'm hoping she is just unbalanced, because it really makes me angry when people deliberately write lies and call it the truth. If you haven't read "Heaven is so Real" yet, then save your money. In her heaven, Jesus tools around in an electronic push button speed boat with stained glass windows (now mind you there is no mention of cars, airplanes, trains, motorcycles, or even bicycles, but, by golly, there are speed boats). If the windows in the boat are stained glass, how does one see through them to steer the boat? Also, He (Jesus) cooks rainbow colored fish on an electronic push button B-B-Q grill. If lions and other carnivorous beasts are destined to eat grass (vegetation) in Heaven, then why are people eating flesh in Heaven? Death in Heaven? And that is just the tip of the iceberg. Her book is nonsense from beginning to end. Of which, at the end of the book, she cautions against letting anyone mark you with the number 666. Gee, does anyone still believe that? Aren't we all savvy to the notion that the mark of the beast will most likely be a microchip implant? I guess not. The bottom line is that I am not going to buy anymore books written by people who claim to have had a "trip" to heaven or hell because their "experiences" can't be verified and I'm tired of being buffaloed. I'll find out what Heaven is like when I get there.

5 out of 5 stars Excellent Book.......2007-09-23

This is an awesome book and lines up with almost every account of heaven I have read.

5 out of 5 stars A Most Awesome and Inspiring Book from the Throne of God.......2007-09-01

I read "Heaven is So Real", and parts of it many times. This book, a real treasure, encourages those who are believers and working for the Kingdom of God and portrays the joys of heaven which await them, and it is a warning to the unbelievers and the lukewarm Christians, to repent of their sins, and begin an intimate relationship with Jesus, before it is eternally too late. We go through this life only once, and once you cross over into eternity, it is not possible to go back to repent of wrong habits, deeds, and attitudes in your life, so it behooves all of us to wake out of sleep, make things right with God, and prepare for the coming of Jesus, which is now upon us, and could happen at any moment.

This book describes how understanding the structure of reality leads to the Theory of Everything Equation. The equation unifies the forces of nature and enables the merging of relativity with quantum theory. The book explains the big bang theory and everything else.

5 out of 5 stars The Real Deal.......2006-09-25

Although Mr. Wheatley is a little verbose in sections, his documentation of Zen Buddhistic Principles found throughout the disciplines of Mathematics, Physics, Theology, etc. forms a nice reference guide for anyone tuned into that wavelength. In particular, his explanation of how Godel's Theorem and Cantor's "Confusion" shed great light on the difference between GOD's Logic and Man's Logic should be a revelation to any undergraduate level math students who encounter these ideas for the first time. Curiously, Mr. Wheatley makes many misstatements about both Zen Buddhism Principles and the Bible, however. For example, by accepting the false biblical teaching of Original Sin, he misses the point that eating the proverbial apple gave Adam and Eve the ability to make Moral Discernments in fulfillment of GOD'S PERFECT PLAN. As proof, read Genesis 1 which states that Man and Woman were made in GOD's Image. Genesis 4 shows that Adam and Eve weren't the first humans on Earth at all, there were plenty of others by then. The allegorical meaning of the story of Eden, then, isn't that Adam and Eve were the first humans on Earth, but they were the first humans with the ability to make Moral Discernments (in GOD's Image). In fact, Moral Discernment is God's Unique Gift to Man, which is the basis of consciousness, not some Math Formula. But because the wages of the resulting, unavoidable sin are Death, many people foolishly try to return to Eden by: (1) living a sinless Life (2) by removing choice altogether by passing and enforcing strict Laws (3) by attempting to do away with Moral Discernment and the resulting consequences for our actions altogether by trying to remove Shame from Shameful actions. GOD is not some ethereal Man-In-Space, but is simply the Totality of all Real Things, The Set of All Real Sets. GOD's Love manifests itself from the amazing sub-atomic relationships that underly this magic Life all the way to the grandest of Macroscopic Scales, the Interconnected Totality itself. The Zen Buddhism connection can be found by simply superimposing the 0 symbol and the symbol for infinity (8 on its side) in Mr. Wheatley's supposedly "new" formulation that 1 = 0 x infinity. Superimposing them gives you the yin-yang symbol. A potential disadvantage of artificially separating the infinity from the zero, however, is that Mr. Wheatley is able to equate the entire expression to be equal to 1. This potentially might obscure the fact that the deepest meaning of the yin-yang symbol is that it is both 2 and 1 AT THE SAME TIME. His overall equation does preserve that important meaning by utilizing a single element on one side of the equation and two elements on the other side of his final TOE equation. This may be hard to see for some at first, however, which could potentially obscure the richest meaning of this beautiful symbol/equation. A much more GODLY TOE, in my opinion, comes from Euler, who discovered that e ^ (i * pi) - 1 = 0. When someone can explain that relationship, then they can say they know GOD.

3 out of 5 stars A life changing experience??.......2005-06-13

This book is an easy read and does succeed in being somewhat thought-provoking. However, I am a little surprised at the awesome, "life changing" experience it apparently was for many of the readers. Wheatley's conclusions were interesting but nothing really new. All of his material should have passed through the mind of any thinking person without the aid of this book.
The reason I gave this book three stars is because he uses unneccessarily wordy ways of describing simple things. Also, the author and many other reviewers insist that Wheatley makes only one assumption. Wrong-his whole theory is one big assumption.
Overall though it was a very interesting and worthy book.

This book will change your life. You will never think the same way you did before reading it.

5 out of 5 stars A Very Important Book.......2004-01-26

I must preface my review by stating that I have never been so excited and moved by a book that I have wanted to contact the author. That is what I found myself doing upon reading this book. This book is just what its title says. The author does not "miss a beat" describing in great detail using practically every aspect of scientific knowledge from atomic structure through logic to quantum theory---we are even given a valuable explanation of Love. This text may be challenging to read for those unfamiliar with scientific terminology. And it can also be difficult for those with a science background, such as myself. However, for me it is well worth the work necessary to strive to understand the unfamiliar terminology. (I am continually learning from this book. I am presently on my third reread).

One of the author's main messages is "not" to believe anything without first verifying it with reality, as we know it. He calls it the "Personal Explanation Principle". He indicates that religions are just such belief systems that we as people "fall" victims of; because we do not verify the beliefs with the facts, as we know them, of reality. He gives a very detailed explanation of how the New Testament can be explored using his methodology.

The author methodically and meticulously walks us through his thought processes, which took 30 years to assimilate, of delineating the structure of reality and the nature of consciousness. Included in the "walk" are many of reality's phenomena made revelatory. An example of that, for me, would be the dual nature of light. It's particle/wave duality, which is explained as "functions". Also, when the author took me on the mental journey of "Setness" an exhilaration of the magnificence of life swelled up in me.

To me this is a very important book that should be read by all that are seekers of truth. It is for all those wanting to gain an understanding of the purpose for their existence, wanting to know where life is headed towards, and wanting to know who God is.

This book will enlighten and develop one's mind substantially. You will discover that this is our objective.

And yes, I contacted the author and he responded openly.

5 out of 5 stars Illuminating!!!.......2002-12-30

This is a really great book. It combines philosophy and science in order to tackle a multitude of existential problems. The author's style of writing is fresh and alive, I recommend ths book to anyone interested in expanding the fronteirs of their understanding. Books I also liked are a Universe in an Nutshell by Steven Hawkings and Descent into Illusions by Paul Omeziri.

4 out of 5 stars just one hurdle to maximum appreciation for this work..........2006-08-17

i find myself on page 75 with a sneaking suspicion that at some point RS decided to pick the subject of eternal damnation not because it is a serious subject for those wanting to come to terms with the fine line between faith and reason, but more for the fact that it's an easy subject to show off his mastery of logic. His logical debate with Calvinism, Jonathan Edwards, and what he colors as Hard-to-Ultrahard Christians, although lively, seem less than relevant in light of other possibilities (in the ever-lasting-life-or-not specifics) via more liberal, universal, interpretations of the New Testament message of God's infinite love and forgiveness.
So I will give RS the benefit of the doubt and finish his game because I love the question "Who Knows?" and I'm sure if I saw RS making oatmeal I would find something inspiring or thought-provoking.
And, and, and...In my next life I will have a front row seat at the debate between Raymond Smullyan and Robert Farrar Capon (one of my favorite writers on the "faith" side).

5 out of 5 stars Lucid Philosophical Discussion.......2006-07-03

Philosophy as it should be done. Smullyan's writing and thinking in this book is witty, engaging, and subtle without being pretentious, dogmatic, and overly technical. He offers some refreshing analysis and independent options in the philosophy of religion.

5 out of 5 stars Inquiring Minds Want to Start At "Who Knows?".......2005-07-28

Here is a book that manages, in relatively few pages and in a style that is consistently readable, to address provacatively and intelligently some of the central questions that men and women throughout time have pondered. Three basic areas are covered: (1) The existence of God, and more important, the "type" of God in whom one believes, (2) The question of whether God is unable or unwilling to grant eternal salvation to all and, (3) Whether we are evolving toward a higher level of consciousness -- a state of being "better described than defined." Smullyan, apparently, has led a colorful life, a significant fraction of which has been spent outside the halls of academia. Still,he is best known for his puzzles, particularly his wonderful puzzles concerning Knights (who always speak the truth) and Knaves (who never do). So, we are most fortunate that this magician/logician should turn his attention to the greatest puzzles of all: Does God exist, what are God's attributes and can we, or at least some people, know God? Countless volumes have been written on these questions. I have sampled not even an insignificant fraction of such work, but I'd bet good money that you could travel a long way in those jungles before finding a book as lucid and as accessible as "Who Knows?" One doesn't have to agree with Smullyan to go on the tour with him. Having read the library's copy, I purchased my own copy from Amazon and plan to take the trip again shortly.

2 out of 5 stars Great Title, Not That Great of a Play .......2007-08-14

I was really looking forward to reading this play because the title sounded so great. This play has a silly plot and asinine characters. I am so happy that this play is short because if it would have taken me a long time to read I would have been really unhappy with the time that I lost to reading this play. If you really want to read a good play then read Take Me Out by Richard Greenberg.

4 out of 5 stars Worth Picking Up.......2007-03-20

This play by renowned playright Sam Shepard was entertaining enough. However, it's anti-war political agenda was too obvious and not enough to vault this play to a lasting level of literary greatness. All that aside though, the storyline carries the reader/viewer along and reads fast enough that it might be worth picking up.

4 out of 5 stars A Good Play No Matter What You Believe.......2006-08-14

While it cannot compare with Shepard's other works, i.e. 'Buried Child' or 'True West', it is still a great play. I picked it up one evening and simply couldn't put it down. A dark comedy that will keep you on the edge of your seat. I am a republican and do not agree with the ties this play makes with the Bush Adminstration, but I think this play is about the dangers of an ill-informed public and abused power, even though the play was written to reflect present day politics. No matter what your political affiliation may be, there is something in this play for everyone.

5 out of 5 stars Welcome the Menace of Our Gov't come to Roost.......2006-08-13

I am now feeling very thankful for the existence of Sam Shepard. Here is someone aware and in touch with the current state of American pseudo-Patriotism, and it's appropriation of the essentials of American "values."
Frank and Emma are Wisconsin farmers, raising cattle all alone in the Heartland. Though Frank has taken in an old friend, Haynes and let him stay in the basement. After Haynes arrives, Welch shortly appears, full of eerie entitlement, red, white and blue cookies, American flags galore and a suspicion of Haynes presence. Much to the chagrin of Emma, Welch thinks nothing of the house, the front door, the property and the conventions of any social etiquette (i.e. civil liberties). Haynes meanwhile is on edge and frightened at the static charges he emits when touched, the mention of an institution from which he recently left and The God of Hell.
What The God of Hell is I'll not mention, but the implications of the government, specifically the Bush Administration's willingness to advocate torture, the heightened disregard of the common man and his home, and the insanity of nuclear production and the decimation our own land are thick and clear.
Shepard has created a swift one act, three scenes, in one setting, a kitchen/living room of Frank and Emma's home, which itself radiates a tension of menace and: "We're suddenly stung by our duty to a higher purpose. Our natural loyalties fall in line and we're amazed how simple it is to honor out one true heritage."

    Book Description

The Christian confession that Jesus Christ descended into hell has been variously misunderstood or simply neglected by the Church and dogmatic theology. This work is a significant retort to dogmatic forgetfulness and ecclesial misunderstanding. It succeeds in doing so by offering a close reading and critical analysis of Karl Barth's treatment of the descent into hell and its relation to his extraordinary theology of the atonement.

The reach of David Lauber's work is extended by placing Barth in conversation with Hans Urs von Balthasar's innovative theology of Holy Saturday. In revealing and unexpected ways, this book casts light upon the ecumenical breadth of Barth's theology. It is a valuable interpretation of significant facets of Barth's doctrine of God, reflection upon the passion of Jesus Christ, and ethics. In addition, Lauber offers a constructive theological proposal for how the descent into hell affects the theological interpretation of Scripture, the trinitarian being and activity of God, and the non-violent and authentic shape of Christian life and witness before our enemies.

5 out of 5 stars Most Uplifting Book on Katrina You'll Read.......2006-09-27

Many people were asking "How could God let Katrina happen?" and "Where was God?" as they watched & saw the horror & incomprehensible pictures that were broadcast all over the world last August and September 2005. You will not be able to put this book down. God does indeed allow all things to work together for good, and this book is a prime example. If it were not for Hurricane Katrina, these stories and miracles would never have been told.

The Seventh-Day Adventist-owned TV network, Three Angels Broadcasting (3ABN), sent author Brenda Walsh and Dr. Kay Kuzma to the Gulf Coast to tell the stories of those who were survivors of this devastating storm. They were able to capture incredible stories of survival, loss, and the miracles that came after the storm. Examples:

**Sherry Helveston and husband stayed in their home in Biloxi, Mississippi, only to flee flood waters by evacuating to Wal-Mart. They re-emerged to find everything they owned destoryed, including Sherry's beloved Bible. Days later, while at a relief station looking for clothes, Sherry dug deep into a box and pulled out a Bible. Inside, Mrs. Helveston found a note from a woman in Tennessee named Sherry, who wrote that the bible belonged to her grandmother, and shared words of comfort.

**Former New Orleans Saints player & NOLA native Kevin Young went back to New Orleans from his home in Dallas to care for his mother before Katrina hit. He managed to get her to Charity Hospital, where she died. He was then forced to evacuate to the Superdome, the very building where he had once played pro ball. He tells of the evil and nightmare that was the Superdome during those days.

**Audry Brown and her son, Lloyd Johnson, Jr., barely survived the waters that destroyed their home and were forced to take refuge with her ex and his father, Alfred. Stranded on a rooftop with Alfred, his friend, the friend's son, and a few animals, they prayed as never before as they watched 4 twisters head directly towards them in the middle of the worst winds. The twisters changed course at the last possible moment, going around the roof they were on. The tauma of Katrina have made Audry and Alfred reconsider marriage.

**Bill Turdury survived the water that totally flooded his Waveland, Miss., home and attic by breathing through a PVC pipe for about 30 minutes, the top of the pipe going through a heating and a/c vent in the roof.

**Pat LaFontaine of Bay St. Louis, Miss., was separated from her husband, Tommy, when the storm surge struck. She spent hours clinging to the top of a tree for dear life with many hitch hikers: huge rats clung to her clothes and hair while the storm raged around them. Tommy LaFontaine spent the hours clinging to a tree infested with fire ants.

**Jen Colter, also of Bay St. Louis, spent her time clinging to life on a tree, fighting off water moccasins and a bullfrog perched on her head. Jen is petrified of snakes.

Each chapter ends with some type of Biblical summarization. There are photos of people and the authors in various locations, and stories from volunteers who flooded the region to do what they could. The book ends with the "rest of the story", which is a set of miracles itself. As the book was going to press, the publisher decided that it would need signed releases from every person mentioned in the book. Most of these people had no homes and no way to be contacted. It seemed as if the entire project was for nothing. Ms. Walsh recounts the amazing week that followed as dedicated volunteers not only found all 60 people who had been interviewed, but were able to verify and get signed releases for other stories that had been told by 3rd, 4th, or 5th hand information.

You will not regret the money you spend on this book. You will find yourself reading it again because the stories are that incredible, and you'll be sharing it with all of your friends.

It is published by Pacific Press Publishing Association in Nampa, Idaho and 3ABN Books of West Frankfort, Illinois.

5 out of 5 stars Amusing Reading-- Worth a Look.......2005-11-25

Allen has done a great job of seeking out quotes from celebrities showing their alignment with rationalism, and it's a refreshing visit with people we may not have thought of as free-thinkers. If you are a religious abstainer, you'll be encouraged by the number of others who share your views. And if you're a fundamentalist, you'll be pleased to identify a group you know will, for all eternity, be cast into a lake of fire for their base apostasy, heresy, blashemy, and infidelity.

    A satisfying read either way.

    4 out of 5 stars From a different perspective..........2004-01-15

I found this book to be interesting even though I disagree with every worldview expressed in the book. I checked it out because I was curious to see more about how some famous celebrities see themselves, their purpose, and their place in this world. Its very reflective of our post-modernist culture, and the quotes from the book are a very diverse cross-section of atheistic, humanistic, and universalist views.

5 out of 5 stars RAISES YOUR EVOLUTIONARY LEVEL.......2002-08-22

I naively assumed every important person was into religion. When they die, they're always seen in funerals held in churches.

This book, however, lists dozens of inspiring leaders in show business (Bjork, Brando, Clooney, Dietrich, Garofalo, Crichston, Alan Cumming, even Michael Musto!) who are Ethical Culturists, freethinkers, secular humanists, Unitarians, who are not into organized religion. The title, in short, means the good guys are in Hell except Hell is a theological invention.

    5 out of 5 stars A fascinating reference book.......2002-06-27

Culled from Warren Smith's huge 'Who's Who In Hell', this focuses on celebrities and others in show business and in the arts who are non-believers, Freethinkers, Humanists, etc.
A fascinating and entertaining reference work, full of interesting facts and details.

4 out of 5 stars A WORTHY EDITION TO ANY FREETHOUGHT LIBRARY.......2002-06-25

This paperback book is sort of a condensed version of Warren Smith's huge tome, Who's Who in Hell. with a focus on celebrities such as Woody Allen, Katherine Hepburn, Andy Rooney, George Clooney and many, many others. The style is quite witty and there is lots of dish on the "damned" famous people. You can open to any page and have a good time, especially if you are a freethinker! Religious fundamentalists will probably want to avoid this book, unless they want to learn about famous people who they believe are destined for the infernal regions.

Like they say, heaven for the climate, hell for the company!

    5 out of 5 stars Very pleased.......2002-06-06

I have read alot of catholic books in the past 3-4 yrs, and Mr. Martin's book is the most inspirational one I've read in a while. Besides much research (I personally enjoy the footnote information), I was very moved by the last 2 chapters; Hell, followed by heaven.

There is one point in the chapter on Judgement that went on a bit longer than I found needful, utilizing a story from another writer, O'Connor. I may've missed his point there, but got bored with that part and skipped over it!

I was glad the chapter on hell was placed before that of Heaven. I recommend this book to anyone who has lost the focus of their hearts on God, and our "home" with Him, (or without!)

3 out of 5 stars 3.5 Stars: Very good review, but difficult to read..........2002-04-06

Regis Martin covers an incredibly important subject very well. There are many quotes from famous and not-so-famous people intermixed with his own observations. Always orthodox Catholic viewpoints. However, his writing is somewhat convoluted and not very straightforward. This characteristic and the heavy use of footnotes makes the book difficult to read. Excellent choice for research but not necessarily for those looking for a quick review of the subject.

3 out of 5 stars Conservative Roman Catholic presentation of eschatology.......2000-12-13

This work discusses the traditional "4 last things"of death, judgment, hell and heaven from a Roman Catholic perspective, for readers without a background in theology, but willing to wade through a heavy topic. The author draws on Catholic 20th c. poets and many other literary sources, but has no sympathy for any of the divergent theological positions even within his own tradition. This is a good readable presentation but it has an idealogical edge that will turn off liberal Catholics, many Protestants and almost all secular readers.

2 out of 5 stars A farrago of quotations, connected by a tissue of exposition.......2000-08-27

I resubmit my review, to link with my current list.

In fact, I bought this book on recommendation, thinking that it actually was a book of quotations. The quotes are interesting, mostly, but the heavy use of them as padding ill-commends Dr. Martin's authority to write on these subjects. Pedantic and unsatisfying.

5 out of 5 stars This book changed my life.......2000-04-10

Far from a morbid preoccupation with death, this book offers fascinating insight into life. Filled with wit, humor and most importantly scholarship, Dr Martin through his book, has provided me with a new understanding of The Four Last Things.

You are invited to join him in an unforgettable journey to the edge of extinction to witness all the plagues, woes, and wrath of God as they are being poured out upon the Global City. And then he carries you to the threshold of hell to imagine the horror of eternal torment. This is a whirlwind of a book that will keep you on the edge of your seat from beginning to end. A must read for anyone concerned about the future.

5 out of 5 stars Are you ready for the truth?.......2007-06-03

Today you see hundreds of new books about the coming apocalypse. These books are incredibly popular because we all know in our heart the end is near. Now are you ready for the shocking truth? Rev. Blair's book is not recommended to the one who has hardened his heart to God. I do recommend Final Warning to any God fearing Christian that is ready for the truth about God's plan for our future. After reading Rev. Blair's book Final Warning, you will realize this truth and recognize how oblivious we are to the evil influence that has infiltrated our culture, blinded us to the truth, and hardened our hearts toward God.

    Customer Reviews:

1 out of 5 stars Hell Is Real.......2007-07-12

This author is a quack and the information that he presents is just plain INACCURATE. Walls has a strong faith in God and Jesus, but no formal training in the historical or literary contexts of the Old Testament and New Testament passages that he quotes. He interprets Biblical words with today's meanings for the words. He claims that the Holy Spirit inspired him to write this book, implying that HIS words are actually the Holy Spirit's words -- which seems aimed at telling the reader that he is correct. Any real book editor would have demanded a thorough rewrite just to get Wall's ideas clear, his vocabulary appropriate, and his grammar correct. Wall's reasoning is circular.

The concept of Hell is actually never mentioned by Jesus. It was inserted into the Bible several centuries after Jesus' life. To imply that Jesus taught about a Hell to which our spirits go after death is simply WRONG. Jesus taught about a Hell-on-earth, which we create for ourselves when we fail to live in relationship with God and fail to treat others as God's valued children.

There are many books on the market regarding the concept of Hell which are written by Biblical scholars, have REAL information, and are much more worth your time and money.
