missing elements .......2007-04-28
If you are a person who is already deeply connected to yourself, this may be the book for you. However, if life has "conspired" to prevent you from feeling connected to yourself, you may be better off finding out who you really are first, THEN going into a program of psychic development like Sonia Choquette's. That said, other books have been written by people with great psychic abilities who actually address connecting to yourself through vocal toning, grounding (only minimally discussed by Ms. Choquette), and connecting with nature, all of which seem to be essential building blocks on a path toward the successful intuitive life. One of these books is The Beckoning Song of Your Soul by Nancy Marie. Another is Reconnecting with Nature, by Dr. Michael J. Cohen. Dr. Cohen's book is about "finding wellness through restoring our bond with the Earth. Most of us have been conditioned to ignore nearly 50 sensitivities that connect us to the natural world. This separation stress contributes to many of our environmental and personal problems." Including access to psychic abilities.
You may already have a great connection to yourself and to the earth. If so, go for Sonia's book!
Entering the Pathway.......2007-04-10
This book was gifted to me and I, in turn, bought it for a friend. The reading is very easy and enjoyable and the messages clear. For anyone who is interested in getting more in touch with herself as well as "things we don't see," I would highly recommend this book.
Appreciative.......2006-11-10
As always, Sonia takes you on a ride worth the trouble. She is someone with a marvelous gift that she's sharing with us. I'm learning a lot.
Sonia Choquette is wonderful!.......2006-07-27
I love all of Sonia`s books. They are the easiest to read and most enjoyable "self help" books I have ever read. I would recommend her books to anyone even if they aren't on a spiritual path to learn how to be psychic.
Her books are a gift and I am always sad when they end.
Beautiful.......2006-07-12
Written like a long letter to a good friend, and covering everything from meditation to clearing out clutter (I love the 'clutter buddies' idea, we had a lot of fun w/ that!) to chakras, this book is GREAT for anyone at any point on their own personal psychic journey.

Book Description
The groundbreaking program for healthy aging through movement and flexibility.
In the revolutionary Somatics, Thomas Hanna demonstrates that so many problems we accept as inevitable over time--chronic stiffness, bad back, chronic pain, fatigue, and even high blood pressure--need never occur if we maintain conscious control of nerve and muscle, a state which Hanna calls sensory-motor awareness. This gentle, lifelong program can help almost anyone maintain the pleasures of a supple, healthy body indefinitely, with only a five-minute routine once a day.
Customer Reviews:
Easy and surprisingly effective.......2007-08-11
I'd tried everything common for my back, without much success, and ended up on the Somatics website by pure coincidence. Amazingly, after a couple days of self-administered Somatics, I was able to quit the painkillers I was on and resumed something like my previous level of activity. Notably, this book is merely the core text, and I've since purchased a couple other books of their website, but nevertheless the exercises in here are quite effective for decreasing pain from stuck muscles and increasing range of motion. A good way to check whether it will be efficacious for you is to actually feel the muscles that hurt. If they're stiff and flexed, PT, stretching, etc. will probably not help, but Somatics probably will.
Excellent introduction, probably better to use if one has taken classes or had sessions first.......2007-07-08
I love Somatics. Just a few private sessions have improved my posture, greatly increased my flexibility without regular stretching and greatly lessened pain in my right hip. I'm not so sure, though, that the average person who hasn't been introduced to Somatics through a few classes or private sessions will so easily be able to get it which is why I only gave the book 4 stars. Some of the Somatics movements in the book take quite a bit of body awareness to figure out and do.
Having expressed my concern about how easy it would be for ordinary folks to "get it" I want to also say that Thomas Hanna was a brilliant man, there are profound concepts in this book, and for anyone who's ever done Feldenkrais Awareness Through Movement work this book is a priceless extension to Feldenkrais' work. My Somatics teacher who has also taught the Feldenkrais method says results come much much quicker in Somatics.
For someone wanting to explore Somatics I'd recommend this book and also whichever of the audio tapes/CDs from Hanna's organization in Sonoma, California interest you. The tapes are helpful because they walk you through movements, much like a guided meditation.
It Really Works!.......2007-05-07
I have been practicing the exercises in outlined in the book for about two months now. My back is much better and I have gained flexibility in bending by three or more inches. Both legs are the same length again!
The book is clear and concise, and the exercises are clearly demonstrated and easy to follow. Best of all, once you have practiced the long exercises, you consolidate them into a seven minute daily routine you can do either in the morning or before bed. You can see results in a few days, so it's pretty easy to keep on working.
Life changing information!!.......2007-04-02
I have been a medical massage therapist since 1995. When I read this book, I knew I had to learn more. This information provides clients with a way to help maintain the results they get from their treatments. I was so impressed by it that I got certified to teach it. Now, I teach a class once a month to enhance my work. I bought the book for twenty of my clients and they are all on the program. I have been personally able to eliminate most of the pain in my upper back by doing these simple movement patterns five minutes a day. This is time and money well spent.
Great book.......2007-03-31
Somatics is giving me a way to control my muscle spasms in my shoulders and back.

A Must Read.......2007-03-08
For every woman this is a book that is a must read. Reconnecting with ourselves and bringing about a love for self that most of us are missing. I would highly recommend this book.
Powerful for all women.......2006-08-14
This book left me with the feeling of empowerment! I recommend it to anyone who is struggling with self esteem and self worth issues. It won't perform miracles but it will give the reader a feeling of gratitude for the feminine powers that all women have inside!
Very Inspiring.......2005-11-24
I think this book is very inspiring. This was the very first book on Witchcraft that I had read (which was back in 1998.) After I read this book, I had this new sense of empowerment and intuition about others and myself - who I used to be, who I am now (years later) and who I have yet to become. Even if you aren't interested in the craft, this is an excellent book to read - if only to empower one's self.
Fluffy Bunny .......2005-10-10
This is one of the first books that I ever read on Wicca. And I must say, that, while I was hungry for the knowledge and history of Wicca, this book left me cold, left me wanting something else. In short, the curiosity and respect that I had for the Wiccan spiritual path almost left me after reading this book. Thank the Goddess that I chose to pursue more 'thinking' writers in the pagan community before throwing in my vote.
Before you judge me based on the rating I am giving this book, consider a few problematic issues with Cabot's theories and practice...
1.A Salem, MA born Cabot claims to trace her family lineage down to the "witches that were burned at Salem". Okay. first of all, there were NO witches burned at Salem. Try hung. And furthermore, most of those that were accused of Witchcraft were probably puritans and anglicans, not witches.
2. Cabot claims that if you set your mind and meditate hard enough on the things that you want, they will come about. She gives a story about how she is able to visualze a parking spot at the mall right up front... if she visualizes it hard enough, then ABRA CADABRA there it is!!!!
3. Cabot insists that Wiccans should dress in 'traditional garb'. Tell me, what the hell is traditional garb? If you want to get technical, traditional wiccan garb is skyclad, as Gardner's followers did. And this commotion about wearing dramatic and dark makeup???? WHo the hell does this woman think she is? She is just begging for attention!!
4. And quite possibly the most dangerous of all, the apparant supremancy that she seems to think that women have over men. I am fully aware that we need to continue focusing on and giving praise where praise is due where women are concerned if we are to keep our supposed rights, but she almost writes this book as if men have no place in Wicca, because women are so much better sorcerers. Whatever happened to the balance? What about the God and the Goddess????
Cabot, along with Raven Silverwolf, Raven Grimassi and other similar fluffy bunnies are harming Wicca more than they are helping it. They rewrite history in order to make it coincide with their beliefs. This only makes our faith look even more obscure to the innocent on-looker who knows little to nothing about Wicca. If we are to be taken seriously we need to shun liars such as Cabot from the Wiccan community
If you are new to the craft, try 'philosopy of Wicca' by Amber laine Fisher, 'deepening witchcraft' by Grey Cat, or Wicca: A Guide for the Solitary Pracitioner" by Scott Cunningham (A true classic!!)
But, don't take my word for it... Go ahead...research my argument for yourself.
"Question everything"
Not A Cabot Fan.......2005-03-17
I am not a fan of Laurie Cabot's. I do not like her writing style at all. I can't say that I found the information she provided to be empowering or useful. There are many other, wonderful pagan authors that I would recommend over Cabot.

Take this book when you get away..........2005-09-23
I cherish my time alone. As a homeschooling mother, it's hard to come by much solitude, but when I do, I want it to be time well spent. This book is an excellent guide to making the most of any amount of time: an hour, a day, a week, or more. From preparation, to packing ideas, to plans for your time, this book is full of useful, inspirational, and exciting ideas for the woman (or man!) who craves a retreat from the busyness of life. I plan to refer to it as often as I get away from home.
It's ok to relax!.......2005-03-18
We are a manic 24/7 society and Louden is a goddess for telling us to relax. Relax, relax, relax! If you need a retreat, here is a way to begin brining it into your life in baby steps.
Live in the Moment.......2000-11-06
Bravo! I applaud this author's message to women everywhere. It's time for us to learn to say "no" and take the time to fill ourselves back up again without feeling guilty. So many times I have asked a fellow mother or career woman, "How are you?" and the typical response is, "I'm so tired...I have 100 things to do..." And you know the rest of the laundry list they spout. For once I would love to hear one of them say, "You know what? I feel great! I just took a nap, or I read a novel I've been meaning to finish, or I'm going home to soak in the tub." Perhaps if more women would receive Jennifer Louden's books as gift they would begin to see how they can make this time for themselves no matter what kind of life they are living. Thank you Jennifer for spreading the word. I'm going out for a walk now for no other reason except to see how many more trees have changed their color this weekend.
A thorough guide to retreat.......2000-02-08
I appreciate the thoroughness of this book, as well as its outline structure. Each chapter addresses various aspects of the retreat, breaking down the how, where, why, what, etc. in an understandable and useful way. Even more importantly, each chapter stands on its own, and you can skip around, looking for specific answers, or read the whole way through, while still gleaning the essence of the book. I am reading the book all the way thru, in order, yet have already been able to do a retreat that was useful even though I haven't gotten to the end. This aids the process of retreating, since it takes the pressure off the retreatant, and doesn't create added pressure that would dissuade one to retreat in the first place. An undaunting, very informative book.
challenging,inspirational,resourceful.......1999-08-26
Lively and personal, The Women's Retreat Book is challenging, inspirational and above all full of practical ideas for retreating with and to ourselves. The book is definitely not a glib self-help manual on "how to retreat and heal your life in five easy steps." Louden's concept of retreat is different from th historical one of separating oneself from life, going off with a guru to pursue some artistic or spiritual quest. Instead her book focuses on short, inexpensive withdrawls from daily life. What makes a mini-retreat--many she suggests are less than half a day--restorative she says is not where or for how long but rather the quality of the time out/time away. Louden's book is full of encouragement, humor, reality, perspective. The book is full of creative suggestions, nitty gritty lists("Good Supplies to Have on Hand"), many personal examples from her life as well as those of many other women. A delightful and valuable back-of-the-book bonus is a series of resource guides to recent films, books, audio, video and music tapes that could be used in retreat. Although I eventually read all of the book, I don't think it is meant to be read straight through as a text. Rather it is a framework, a transition into the reader's being in retreat. I made many annotations and personal references in the margins and the book which I go to over and over now becomes a kind of collaboration. I would think that Jennifer Louden would feel the book had achieved its purpose. I've made it mine and it becomes part of my retreats.
Book Description
In the Mood, Again helps readers understand that it is usually a couple's dynamic, rather than an individual's shortcomings, that causes a sexually unsatisfying relationship. Author Kathleen Cervenka shows how to reestablish sexual reciprocity and restore sexual desire without resorting to hormone supplements or bedroom techniques. By convincingly removing blame for one partner's diminished sexual desire, Cervenka guides couples to an awareness of how both partners contribute to their lack of romance. Using easy, fun exercises, couples learn to differentiate desire from arousal; identify the short circuits of their sexual excitement; understand the potent aphrodisiac of reciprocal male and female power; master communication; and continuously tap into, maintain, and deepen their interest in their sex life.
Customer Reviews:
In the Mood Again.......2007-01-04
It's an easy read for the lay person who has little background in psychology. There are some good, concrete suggestions and advice but it lacks substance and depth. It is much too simplistic! I found other books on this topic to be much better.
In the Mood Again -- Just as the title says.......2003-08-05
I cannot believe I found a book that treats sexual desire with respect and humor. Most books on this topic jump right into techniques, but this book helps me and my husband find the keys to communicating more effectively. My husband has just as much fun covering the topics as I do, and it is the first book we've read together in I don't know how long. Before reading this book we could not talk about the things that really bothered us and interfered with all the passion we used to share. Now it's a totally different story.

An Important and Entertaining Memoir.......2004-02-01
The Reawakening opens in January 1945, when author Primo Levi is released from a Nazi concnetration camp by Russian troops. His health almost ruined, suffering from unbearable knowledge of the crimes committed in the camps, Levi re-enters the world to find that it has been turned upside down by the war. Improbably - he explains in an afterword that it is not in his nature to hate - he finds in himself a capacity to see the world afresh, almost as a child would.
In the rest of the book, we accompany Levi and his companions on a picaresque through postwar Europe and Russia as they try to make their way back to their native Italy. While their sufferings are legion, Levi takes great pleasure in food, in his fellow man, and in nature. In particular, he displays a fine appreciation for the absurdities visited on the refugees by their well-intentioned but inept Russian rescuers.
This book is an entertaining read. Beyond that, it is an important document of the Holocaust. And beyond that, it is an important resource for modern readers who are finding their own way through an often absurd world. Highly recommended.
A Great Work.......2001-12-07
This is just one of the many brilliant writings of Primo Levi but it tells a tale of Holocaust survival that is often overlooked. Most narratives seem to end at liberation and this one gives us a detailed view of what happened afterwards. This is the book that the movie "The Truce" (which is also the title of this book in Italy)is loosely based on. I don't think the movie did the book justice at all and so I would especially recommend this book to anyone that has seen the movie. Like all of Levi's works it is written in a sparse yet fantastic style and it really is a great follow up to "Survival In Auschwitz".
Carnival World.......2001-01-14
Like Survival in Auschwitz and The Periodic Table, The Reawakening is populated with Levi's brilliant language and fascination with character. In Survival, Table and Reawakening, Levi is careful not to force facts into a satisfyingly explanatory story. The Reawakening is a picaresque without the moral center. Levi travels home through a carnival world, a Europe simultaneously stunned and ecstatic, a landscape of displaced characters, Greek villagers in Polish refugee camps, complicit Germans sitting down to the first course of horrific recent history and guilt, cadaverous lager inmates staggering into a world forever altered. It is a world populated with impresarios, rakes, opportunists, suicides, daredevils and rubes. But, more than anything else, The Reawakening is brimming with life; Levi makes his way home eyes forward.
I found myself thinking of two other books while reading Reawakening--Kosinski's The Painted Bird and Wolfe's Look Homeward Angel. Like Kosinski, Levi reminds us that much of rural eastern Europe was cruel and primitive before the Nazi's made a virtue of these qualities. And, like Wolfe's Gant family, the characters in Levi's account are often exuberant to the point of mania.
I think that Levi is one of the great writers and thinkers of our time. In this way, I'm not a reliable critic. Reviewing The Reawakening is akin to reviewing Hamlet for me.
Troubles overcome are good to tell.......2000-11-14
Published in 1963, "The Reawakening" is a narrative of Primo Levi's tortuous journey back to Turin after liberation from Auschwitz. In fact, it is a follow-up of "Survival in Auschwitz." As stated by Primo Levi, "after Auschwitz, I had an absolute need to write, not only as a moral duty, but as psychological need, to free myself from anguish." Out of 650 Italian Jews who journeyed to Auschwitz, with Primo Levi, only 20 left the camp alive.
Levi assumes the calm, sober language of the witness, with no manifested hate and purpose of revenge, devoid of bitterness. His prose is precise, clear, with no embellishment, lively transmitting his bewilderment of the simple fact that he had survived.
The reader cannot help be amazed by the details recorded in Levi's memory, places, names, characters, personalities, it is as though he wrote everything in locus. His memory was a blessing... but might have also been his tormenter... After a long period of depression, Levi died after falling from a stairwell in his Turin home. The question will always remain whether it was or not suicide. Levi, through his writings, symbolizes the triumph of reasoning and humanity over madness and cruelty.
An amazing journey with Primo Levi.......2000-09-05
An really good book. I read it immediately after his previous book (Survival in Auschwitz : The Nazi Assault on Humanity) and where the first one is extremely sad and depressing this second one is an incredible insight into the mixture of characters that Levi encounters on his way back from Auschwitz. Although set in a completely ruined Eastern Europe I found the book positive and intriguing to read. His friends the Greek, Cesare, il Moro etc. are all amazing characters to read about and his whole journey through the Russian bureaucracy is just as fascinating to experience as well.
Book Description
For the first three hundred years of Christian history, healing prayer was fundamental in the life of the church. It even proved the main method of converting the unbelievers of the day. Then began the long slide of healing prayer into near insignificance. Ironically, Christians themselves, by reserving healing prayer for the most ''holy,'' were the ones who almost killed this mission so central to the gospel itself. The mystery of how this happened is described by Francis MacNutt in this fascinating history, which includes his own personal journey. MacNutt sees this loss as tragic and shows how necessary it is for us to rediscover healing prayer and once more embrace it, according to Christ's original mandate--with amazing results! Christian leaders and anyone involved in the healing ministry must read this book.
Book Description
This dissertation seeks to establish that there is a renaissance of Thomistic Philosophy in the Catholic Church since the aftermath of the Second Vatican Council (1962-1965), specifically a reawakening of Scholasticism, as evidenced by Pope John Paul II in his encyclical Veritatis Splendor. An abridged survey of the concept of the Natural Moral Law from Aristotle, Cicero, Marcus Aurelius, and Augustine is followed by an examination of the impact of Thomas Aquinas on this philosophical method of ethics and morality. Next, the revival of Thomism and its permeation throughout Veritatis Splendor is discussed along with pertinent texts of the encyclical followed by the comments of contemporary adherents shortly following its promulgation. While the Natural Moral Law predates Scholasticism by centuries, the impact and influence the former had on the latter is shown in John Paul's refined reintegration of this perennially valid philosophy.
Book Description
By the end of the 1920s, fundamentalism in America was intellectually bankrupt and publicly disgraced. Bitterly humiliated by the famous Scopes "monkey trial," this once respected movement retreated from the public forum and seemed doomed to extinction. Yet fundamentalism not only survived, but in the 1940s it reemerged as a thriving and influential public movement. And today it is impossible to read a newspaper or watch cable TV without seeing the presence of fundamentalism in American society. In Revive Us Again, Joel A. Carpenter illuminates this remarkable transformation, exploring the history of American fundamentalism from 1925 to 1950, the years when, to non-fundamentalists, the movement seemed invisible. Skillfully blending painstaking research, telling anecdotes, and astute analysis, Carpenter--a scholar who has spent twenty years studying American evangelicalism--brings this era into focus for the first time. He reveals that, contrary to the popular opinion of the day, fundamentalism was alive and well in America in the late 1920s, and used its isolation over the next two decades to build new strength from within. The book describes how fundamentalists developed a pervasive network of organizations outside of the church setting and quietly strengthened the movement by creating their own schools and organizations, many of which are prominent today, including Fuller Theological Seminary and the publishing and radio enterprises of the Moody Bible Institute. Fundamentalists also used youth movements and missionary work and, perhaps most significantly, exploited the burgeoning mass media industry to spread their message, especially through the powerful new medium of radio. Indeed, starting locally and growing to national broadcasts, evangelical preachers reached millions of listeners over the airwaves, in much the same way evangelists preach through television today. All this activity received no publicity outside of fundamentalist channels until Billy Graham burst on the scene in 1949. Carpenter vividly recounts how the charismatic preacher began packing stadiums with tens of thousands of listeners daily, drawing fundamentalism firmly back into the American consciousness after twenty years of public indifference. Alongside this vibrant history, Carpenter also offers many insights into fundamentalism during this period, and he describes many of the heated internal debates over issues of scholarship, separatism, and the role of women in leadership. Perhaps most important, he shows that the movement has never been stagnant or purely reactionary. It is based on an evolving ideology subject to debate, and dissension: a theology that adapts to changing times. Revive Us Again is more than an enlightening history of fundamentalism. Through his reasoned, objective approach to a topic that is all too often reduced to caricature, Carpenter brings fresh insight into the continuing influence of the fundamentalist movement in modern America, and its role in shaping the popular evangelical movements of today.
Customer Reviews:
Is there a sequel?.......2006-01-20
Carpenter has made a great contribution not only to the history of the church in America, but also to 20th century American history at large. Writing as an ex-fundamentalist, yet committed Christian (preface xiii), Carpenter's task is "to explain what happened to fundamentalism between the demise of its crusades in the 1920s and the rise of Billy Graham." (preface xiv) It is disappointing that he only covers the period of fundamentalism from its inception in the 20s and 30s through the rise of "new evangelicalism" in the 1950s. Perhaps he'll write a sequel.
The book is well-documented though he uses some of the more extreme examples to illustrate particular points about fundamentalism. Nonetheless, his discription of fundamentalism as "militant," "decentralized," "antielitist," "aggressive," "male-dominated, macho movement," and "often intellectually lame, provincial, petty, mean-spirited, stultifying, and manipulative, but...enabling and energizing as well" is generally accurate. In all fairness he points out some (implicitly rare) exceptions to these descriptions. The description gets increasingly optimistic as the book progresses.
There are a lot of names, places, and dates mentioned in this book, more than you could ever remember, but if you are associated with any institute born out of fundamentalism, he probably mentions it (he mentioned mine in one of the endnotes, which are not merely reference notes but contain important information).
With the recent media interest in "evangelicals" this book will give you a good foundation to build on if you're wondering who the evangelicals are. But, keep in mind, he is writing about the movement that gave birth to evangelicalism and the descriptions here cannot be applied to 21st century evangelicalism in its broad diversity. The underlying movement that plays out in this book is one that portrays a group of very narrow-minded people (for good or ill) becoming a very influential people through some key adjustments. Perhaps the most important adjustment for Carpenter is the rise of higher centers of learning among evangelicals. There are other books that continue the story, but this book will leave you thinking, "What's the next chapter (or book) going to say?"
Why do fundamentalists still have an influence?.......2005-10-08
Lest you think fundamentalism was the faith of your Victorian great-grandparents or something only hill-billies believe, think again and read this book. It is a history of fundamentalism in the 1930s and 1940s in the USA.
This book tells us not only what simple, fundamental Christian belief is all about during the depression and World War II, but also who the players were. Critics and Christians alike can gain something from this book. The former will find a scholarly view of what fundamentalists believe and why they are still a political force today. Christians will find it interesting to learn who influenced and founded leading evangelical institutions.
There are insights into the National Assocation of Evangelicals (NAE), a powerful lobbying group today. Also the forces that brought about Billy Graham, which you won't find in his biography are summarized. The motivation for creating Fuller Seminary in Pasadena, CA as a place where intellectual Christians could teach and study is explained. Other organizations mentioned are Park Street Church, Boston, the Moody Bible Institute and Wheaton College. Less expected is the influence of Harvard Divinity School.
The author rightly observes that fundamentalists, who may be divided in their denominations, were brought together by an infrastructure of bible colleges, youth movements, business men's gatherings and camps. The book touches on the influence of the Inter-Varsity Christian Fellowship, coming from the UK, then Canada. It would be interesting to have a similar book that analyzes European fundamentalism of the 1930s and 1940s. Then there's Asia and Africa. Clearly, there's a global story here that has yet to be told.
Regrettably, the book is very much from a male viewpoint - with only a fleeting reference to the empowering of women through fundamentalist organizations. I would have liked to have heard more about women fundamentalist leaders - but maybe they were suppressed!
Joel Carpenter explains the rise of neo-evangelicals, who moved away from the expectation of the imminent return of Jesus. He explains pre-millenialism and dispensationalism (a belief in Christian eras) concisely and clearly. This is a thorough, historical study, written with clarity and copious references.
Great book for the serious enthusiast!.......2000-05-01
The book is about Protestant fundamentalism's "recovery" after its defeats in the 1920s. Carpenter tells the story of the movement's alienation and loss of status in the 1920s, its institution building in the 1930s and 40s, and its recovery the late 1940s. Among other themes, he discusses the how the movement wrestled with separatism and accommodation within the denominations and in the broader culture. This is not a popular history of the movement. To illuminate the development of key characters, theological positions and institutions, Carpenter goes into a level of detail that might overwhelm the casual inquirer.

Ideas and Energy about How We CAN be Different at Work!.......2002-03-29
Canfield writes an excellent book about the ways in which we _CAN_ be different at work. No matter our level, we don't have to disklike (or even hate) the work that the do or where we do it. This books gives tips, advice and stories of those who have gone before us on this path. By necessity, there is no "cookie cutter" guide, so those looking for a absolutely certain remedy will be disappointed. However, this will give those of us who want to try both new ideas and new energy to try and make a difference.
how bad can an audio book get ?.......1999-05-11
I would give this audio tape 0 stars if I could. This is a total waste of money. The audio book's first lecture is meaningless - self esteem, blah blah blah, and how I overcame all my blah blah. Spend on your money on a book the Dalai Lama wrote on Happiness. You'll get some practical advice in that book unlike this audio tape.
